i'm just curious when/why some of you guys came to love riku/sora. i came to love it after i had beaten the 1st game for the 1st time when i realized how annoying and clingly kairi was and w/ how many hints they dropped. why? because they complete each other. you can't have the light w/o darkness.

Yay another Kairi hater.
I think they just kind of click together.
Light and Dark.
Land and Sea.
Seme and Uke.
Heh.
That and they make one hot couple. Look at how Sora reacted when he was reunited with Riku versus when he was reunited with Kairi in Kingdom Hearts II.

yeah, w/ kairi, the hug was akward and unexpected, and he probably just hugged back to make her feel better, while w/ riku...he actually cries for him. i love that scene. and the last one b4 the FMV at the end of the game.

I'm a fan because I think silly Sora would go best with Riku.
I personally a fan of Sora and riku from Final fantasy you know the guy with the blind fold.

The only Riku I know from Final Fantasy is Rikku, the blonde girl. So I doubt you're thinking her.

I'm not sure what made me love the Riku/Sora. I think it was when my friend first fan-gasmed over kh1, when I still didn't have my ps2. He was all like "w00tDARKNESSANSEM" and "Yay, SoraKairi!" And was like, am I watching you play the right game? She's cute, but she's kinda useless...I like the creepy white-haired kid. He's got "totallygayforSora" written all over him...
But, yes I agree, they click completely. They're just not Sora and Riku without each other.

Haha no kidding. Sometimes I wish at the end >>Riku and Sora were trapped in that in-between place so that they'd be alone together...forever...without meddling Kairi. Hehe. Its funny because neither seemed to mind being stuck there. << Plus all the random Sora teasing done by Riku made me giggle.

Kairi DID manage to ruin it from where she was by sending that stupid message in a bottle in the beginning of the game. I wish when Riku grabbed it her ripped it up and yeah...hehe.
