I will be frank. (No, you cannot be John) I suck when I roll D6s electronically. I know. I know. It's electronical, how can you suck at it? Well I do so I was curious as to wether or not I was aloud to use the 25 point buy system that is featured in every DnD game ever made for the computer within this guild.
For those who do not know, the 25 point buy system works like this. You start out with 8 points ine every ability and 25 points to spend. After you have brought an ability to 14 the cost becomes 2 for every one ability point. At 17 it becomes 3. Once you run out of buying points that is your score.

I would say it's up to the individual DM's discretion, however I would not allow it in my game since you would end up being far weaker than the other players (I prefer to use a 5d6 rolling method).

yah I know but that's the thing, I have bad luck with the electronic D6 and my scores are actualy BETTER when I do it this way. sweatdrop
