But, since you've put in a lot of detail with the rest of the piece, it seems as though her hair doesn't fit with the picture.
But, ah, that just might be myself.
Very well done overall. n_n I like to combine simplicity with patterns. I used to not even add colour to the hair. But it made it hard for people to tell what hair colour characters has so now I just add a one shade layer of colour. I like the contrast of intricate patterns vs noncoloured or nonshaded colours.
3nodding I do understand your point, however. But I like the fact that to my knowledge no one else's art is done the same way as mine.
3nodding I used to colour and shade everthings... 100 layer CGs were perfectly normal... this way is easier and more stylish to me.

3nodding Yanike - Hmm... I don't think I've seen that. It's an interesting idea. Might take away from the starch whiteness though... That might be bad. I suppose I could of tinted everything other than the white... might not be a noticeable difference then though... Oh well.
