Ok guys, I must admite, I joined the guild because I like writing, of that I am sure, but I SUCK at poetry gonk , in my whole time as a writer, I have written a ton of stories, one-shots, characters histories, but just TWO failured poems, I know none of us is perfect at poetry either, so we can all improve and all;but poetry is just NOT my good point, but anyway, I'll still give it a shot to try and write a poem now and then to show it to you guys... 3nodding
In any case, I was wondering, since we all here are poets, writers, history tellers and all of those sorts, shouldn't we... I dunno, add a sub-forum for stories and that stuff? I know the guild's name is Poet's Haven, but that doesn't mean poets can't write stories too right? smile

Thats a good suggestion actually. I dont really write stories, im more strickly poetry but i love reading what others write and to see the creative minds wander, especially if we could trap them all in one area blaugh

Don't base your writing on perfection, but free expression. We aren't here to negatively criticize your work, but to tell you how we feel and how you can clarify anything. It is free for us not to judge, but for you to express yourself. Do not let yourself be hindered and your creative spirit suffer because of what you do not know. give it a shot, share. It will be accepted among us ^_^.

I'm more of a writer myself and like you I've written tons of stories but I've also written a few poems... I think the story sub forum would be great.
