In the center of the city is the Chaos Castle, which has been held of somewhat of a landmark. It is also a port city.
Phoro: It is well known as the City of Flames, due to the fact that most black mages there use Fire against their enemies. This is one of the most chaotic places on Wardling's circuit, but having a pretty good police force. People using fire on the buildings by "accident" cause most of chaos.
