"Here's a photo of the little dear. It's a shame I was too forgetful to take any when she was an egg. Of course, she wasn't a egg for very long, so there really wasn't time to take pictures." Stel came out of an egg? Even weirder...
Baby picture!

And here's a photo of Crispin. You haven't seen him yet; he's in another room sleeping. I found him just recently. He's not as... Unique as Stel, but I refuse to treat him better nor worse because of it.
Baby Picture!

UPDATE It seems that Frankenstella has grown up. What a shocker!

Also, we have an additon to the house!

!Journal! Okay, so I bought this adorable journal to write stuff in. M'kay?
7-2-06 That's the right date, isn't it? I'm just horrible with dates... But, anyway. I think I'm going to use this journal to write about Stel. First off, I'll explain how this little bundle of joy came to be with me.
I was dusting in my apartment when I heard a knock on my door. I jogged over to the door, opened it... And there was an egg. With a note. It read: Take care her. See her for what she truly is. You will be rewarded for your kindness. Her name is Frankenstella.
How do you see and egg for what it truly is? I was about to find out. Apparently, Frankenstella had been in that egg for a while, because she chose that precise moment to hatch. The egg was cracking!
I quickly brought the egg inside and set it down on the ground, waiting to see what was inside. Not too long later, my little Stel came into the world.
Stel is scared very easily. Although she is much better now, she was sickly when born. She still coughs every once in a while. Poor kid.
This little girl loves to sew. Ever since I've taught her how, she almost always can be found making a hat, or maybe socks. Occasionally a pillow. And once, a cute shirt!
But what you must keep in mind is that Stel is still a baby. Well, she's more like in the toddler stage. But for someone of her age to sew almost as well as I do is... Unbelievable!
I've got to stop writing for now. Stel has woken up, and is very loudly insisting I get her something to eat.

7-5-06 Yesterday was the Fourth of July! Stel and I went to watch fireworks. The little darling absolutely loved them.
Today, she sewed an adorable pillow with fireworks embroidered on it. She gave it to me as a gift. (I had to wash it, however, as she had a coughing fit all over it.)
Frankenstella keeps insisting we go to the park. I'm a bit hesitant, however; I know she wants to make freinds, but suppose she is shunned by the others? I'm still considering it...

7-25-06 It's been a while since I wrote in this journal; let me explain why. Recently, Stel has been quite a handful. In fact, she's had quite a few firsts! She's said her first, word, carrot (I can't help but wonder why that was her first word; maybe because they're orange? None the less, I made her a carrot cake in honour of her speaking. Despite the fact that I tried to bake it as soft as possible, she still had trouble eating it as she only has a few teeth). I was so happy that I brought her to the park she had been so desperately wanting to go to (although, seeing as she couldn't speak before this, she'd simply point outside to the park which is right across the street from our apartment). It wasn't the best idea, however, as there were some rude children there who make fun of poor Frankenstella. Bless her heart. She didn't say anything, as she had only said her first word that very day, but I could tell she was hurt on the inside.
Another first is that she learned to walk. I was so excited that after that I taped her whenever she toddled somewhere for the next few days. I filled up two tapes. Unfortunately, now that she can walk, nothing is hidden from her keen nose. She found this journal, and hid it in the bottom of her toy chest. I didn't find it until last night, and I was simply too tired to write in it then. So, here I am, writing this today. I'm sure there's something else I've forgotten to mention, but I can't remember it just now. Stel's coughing again.

8-10-06Frankenstella and I were in quite a shock yesterday when we found a little bundle on our doorstep. I suspect that the person who dropped off this little emokat was the same person who graced me with Stel. There was, however, no note.

I've named the little guy Crispin. Why? I have no idea. The named just seemed to fit him. Oh, this is so wonderful! Now Stelly has a playmate. In other news, I've received an invitation to a "repast of tea and cakes" with Lycandis. I'm really hoping I can go, but I have to get Crispin situated first.

8-27-06Well...
I've had quite a breath-taking day. It was full of ups and downs, so I guess I'll write about it here.
First: The bad news. One of my good friends is moving. I became quite upset about this, and begged him to stay (giving him a few too many bear hugs), but his mind was set. Today is perhaps the last day I will ever see him.
On another note, it seems that Belezet isn't the only one that's grown. I was typing away on my laptop when I heard a voice. It sounded familiar, yet different...
"Er, Mother...? I don't think I can fit in my crib that well."
I turned around to see a fully grown Frankenstella. I nearly had a heart attack, to be honest.

"Whe- wha- h-" I tried to find words to express my suprise.
Stel blushed. "I know! Isn't it amazing? I just... Woke up, and I was like... This! You know, I never really noticed how small my bed is. Do you think we have money to buy another one? And I hope you don't mind about the dress... I mean, Mother, you said it no longer fit you. I, on the other hand..."
"I- No, it's fine! I'll get you a new bed, sweetie..." I just couldn't take it anymore. My baby was all grown up! Crying, I abandoned my work, ran over, and embraced her. It felt like we had been standing there for hours (when only a few minutes had passed) when I heard a knock on a door.
"Hello?" I heard a smooth voice. Crispin (who had seen Frankenstella before I had and promptly dropped his draw lower than I thought possible) ran to the door (he has learned how to walk recently) and opened it, giggling. Standing there was a stylish emokat, fully grown. He flipped his hair and flashed a smile. My, quite a charmer.

"Do you mind if I stay here with you? I was told there was a friendly group here who would gladly take me in," he said, sticking his bottom lip out. "My names Suoh, by the way.
Crispin nodded, grinning, and decided then and there to permenantly latch on to him. "Since when did you make all the decisions?" I asked, scooping up Crispin in my arms. "Never the less, you can stay," I managed to say, laughing.
So now, although I've lost a friend, I've gained an emokat. I must say, though, something strange is going on. I think someone's watching us...

8-28-06Well, I was right. There was someone watching us. Apparently, her name is Lotus.

I found her mumbling something, sitting in a closet. At first I thought she was crazy, but she was just daydreaming. She's been doing alot of that. Suoh tried flirting with her at first, but since she was too busy thinking up something to notice him most of the time he's laid off. Now I think he's a bit afraid of her. Such a silly emokat. I've got to make some excuse next time I go to the park to keep him at home with Crispin; I don't think he should be out and about flirting with other emokats. It's for his own good, really.
I heard that Ziggy had a fit when Lycandis gave his family the news that Stella had grown. Frankenstella herself giggled when she heard this. Perhaps we should go over for a visit again sometime? Although the last time was... Confusing, to say the least, but I'm sure things will turn out for the better.
Uh-oh; I've got to go. I need to get some cough syrup for Frankenstella. Her coughing hasn't been near as bad since Lycandis gave us something to help her (which I shall have to thank him for the next time I see him), but she still has the occasional problem.

I'm sorry I haven't had time to write in my journal as of late. I believe I've come down with a cold, or something of the sort. Things have been a tad on the uneventful side lately, although Lotus seems to have made a new friend... Akuma. If you could call them that, anyway. He seems a little troublesome, but the time Lotus spends talking to him is time she isn't daydreaming. So I suppose it's all for the best.
Speaking of friends, Frankenstella seems to have made one, as well. I've seen a brown emokat with spots running around with Franky as of late. I haven't quite catched her name, yet. She seems to be a good cook, though; she and Franky made me some soup (I would have loved chicken noodle, but I'm a vegetarian). I'm trying to convince her to stay with us, but I'm having a hard time about it. So far, she's refusing (I think it's Suoh flirting with her that she's afraid of). Hopefully, things will turn out for the better... She's such a nice girl.

Oh, dear! It's been a while, hasn't it? I'll try to explain what happened.
Well. As you might be aware of, I own a book store (and write books myself). Usually, the books I've written stay in the back shelf out of view. I've never had good luck with publishers, so I usually just print a few copies of each on plain paper, bound with yarn. At first glance, it would look like something a child wrote, due to the lack of a proper cover. But I don't think a child would have the attention span to write a novel, do you?
Anyway, in normal conditions I don't sell that many copies. In a way, I suppose that could be a good thing. I sell them for a cheap price, and with all of the paper I use I don't make any money at all!
Things have changed. An old friend visited my store the other day, and requested to see some of my creations. She had only glanced at one before announcing that it should be published. Blushing, I suggested she read them before praising my work. She came back a few days later and said the same thing. It was then she told me that she herself was the author of a children's book! I had no idea, as it isn't famous here- however, she tells me she makes a fine living off of the money from the copies in Jermini*, or something like that. I didn't quite catch the name. Regardless, she said that she would introduce me to the company that published her book!
So, for the past few months I've been away. Where? I don't completely know myself! We never stayed in one spot for more than a day. Signing papers, talking to so many different people... It was so confusing. I feel so sorry for Frankenstella. She's so shy; it must have been torture for her to come along! But, to quote her, "Someone had to keep Suoh in check!"
Anyway, I'm back now. The first book I ever wrote, The Free Bird, is coming out tomorrow! I'm so terribly excited... But I worry about Franky. We didn't get back until this morning, so we didn't get to spend Christmas at home. That blanket she had been working so hard for was for Zigmund. At first, she was planning on sending it to him, but when she heard that he was coming home on Christmas she wanted to give it to him as a present. She didn't get to, though, since we weren't back on time. She can give it as a belated present, I suppose, but the poor girl is so ashamed!
We did have a nice Christmas, though. I got a present for and from each of my 'kats.
I'm afraid I won't have as much time to write my journal entries, now.** I'm so busy! But, anyway, I need to stop writing.
*I'm making a joke, people. I know how to spell Germany. But I don't know if it exists or not in Emotica, so... o.O
**The real reason I don't have enough time now is that my mother said that while I'm aloud back on the computer, I have limited time. Woe is me.

Oh, dear. Mother’s so disappointed. No one’s visiting the shop! She doesn’t want to sound vain, but... She’s confessed to me she expected some kind of rush after her book. Poor dear’s been sitting outside all day, expecting customers. Suoh’s been taking care of Crispin, as always... Lotus is out- I can only imagine where. Hn. Our small family’s been suffering. The landlord’s threatened to kick us out. We were gone so long, we have several months of rent due. Where is Mother supposed to get that much money? There was so much hope riding on those books of hers... Oh, well. We’ll get by. Maybe I’ll sell some clothing.
I’m not as well of a writer as my mother. She’s taught me how to use this keyboard, but- ah- words don’t come as easily to my mind, I suppose. I’ll leave some room for Mother to write when she comes back up. If you’re reading this, Mother, I’m sorry for writing in your book- but imagine. One day, far in the future, someone may find this journal after we’re all long gone and want to publish it- like Anne Frank’s diary! There can’t be too many lapses in your journal. You can tear this page out if you want, though. Maybe I should get my own journal!

1-05-07 (again)
Oooooooooh my.
That’s the only way I can express how I feel right now. I’ve been so disappointed. Rent, books- I want to tear my hair out! But now, I think, there might be hope.
Four emokats! Four emokats that want to stay at my house, Lotus tells me! I’m a soft-hearted person, but I can only go so far... That’s what I thought. Then, the bunch comes walking in.
First- and most importantly- there’s... Him! The famous bowlcut- the jumpsuit- it has to be! It’s an emokat version of Rock Lee, right down to the obsession with youth! Only, I’m proud to say, this one’s real. After hugging him for around five minutes, I told him he could stay. He took the famous ‘nice guy pose’ and sat down in the (soon to be cramped) living room.
Then, a young boy ‘kat comes in, fidgeting like crazy. The thing I notice most are his gorgeous eyes. However, I didn’t linger on that for long. He blurted out something about our apartment (and bookstore below) being terribly out of order before blushing madly and apologizing for the outburst. After some investigating, I think he’ll be a great help in attracting people to my store! He says he’ll organize everything, and has offered to take over the store so I can have breaks occasionally. I think he’ll do well at it. He’s shy, but such a kind soul- and he’s intelligent, to boot.
Finally, they come in. The poor dears! Brother and sister, they are. Two emokats desperately in need of homes. I don’t know how long it had been since either one had a bath, but I told them I refused to talk to either one until they had a proper shower. After doing so, they talked to me of their tragic past. Their mother left at an early age, and they, along with several other siblings, were on their own. Miyuka took them all in and was successfully able to get the others to loving homes, but not these two. They ran away in fear of being too much of a burden to her, thinking that no one would give them a home and it was a waste of the lady’s time to help them. Well, needless to say, I was touched.
And they were all attracted to this place thanks to Lotus, believe it or not! And she’s always saying she’s not social... Well, we’ll just have to go out and have ourselves a little celebration. Her head’s in the clouds, but the girl has a- a decent heart. I think.
So. I now have four more mouths to feed. But with some help, I think we’ll make it. Tomi- the name of the young fidgety male- will help me with the shop, Ginata- or Ata, as the flowery female has agreed to be called- and Florian, her brother, will cover the needs of my other ‘kats. Rock Lee won’t be much trouble. He’ll probably be out training during his stay with us. I’m just happy to have him. I'll get pictures of my new charges when I find that camera..
So, to repeat my opening statement, I think there’s hope for us all. Wish me luck.

My 'Oooooh, my' has been doubled. No, tripled!
I knew Lycandis was kind, but not like this. I woke up to an amazing discovery- Our problems our solved! There was a set of keys on my bed-side table this morning. Crispin came in, with a smile ten feet wide. I asked him what was so exciting (and while the keys were there), but he just started giggling and wouldn't stop. Eventually, Suoh heard the noise and came in, worried that Crispin might have gone off the deep end- even for a tot (he still won't admit it, but it's obvious he cares for the little 'kat. How sweet). When he realized the situation, he crossed his arms and smiled. Two smirking trouble-makers. That worried me.
However, my thoughts were short-lived. The rest of my (now much larger) family crammed into my room and yelled, "Suprise!" I was confused, to say the least. Then Stella made her way to the front of the party (with some difficulty) and handed me a letter, absolutely beaming. It was from the fellow mentioned above- Lycandis. Apparently, Zigmund (bless his heart! I'll have to give him a hug later) told him about my situation. He must of seen me discussing things with the landlord. Anyway- it's so amazing, like I already said- he's taken care of everything! He's paying for my bookstore (thank goodness; I'll get a second chance! I wonder if I could count it as a 're-opening'. That might attract customers), and- and- Bought us a house! Not an apartment, a HOUSE! With rooms; lots of rooms... This bunch won't be sleeping on couches and sleeping bags any more. It's Amanda's old place, apparently. I know it'll have plenty of rooms, then; she had twice as many emokats as I do. I still wonder what happened to her...
Anyway! I found my old camera in my closet (I've found it since we started packing. You wouldn't believe how much junk I've found in there). I'll try to take pictures of my additions when we're all not so busy. Oh- while I remember, we need to give something to Lycandis for his generousity. Florian and Ginata, I've found out, are quite the artsy type! Florian's fond of painting, where as sculpting is more of Ata's catagory. They said they'll both contribute to the 'project'. Frankenstella promises to add a quilt to the collection of items, and Tomi says he'll look for some... Cleaning supplies to add? What an odd little emokat. Rock Lee left incredibly early this morning to train, I'm told, so he doesn't even know about all of this yet. Suoh assures me he knows a recipe for some delicious popcicles... I hope our little package will show a fraction of how incredibly grateful we all are for this.
Anyway, I suppose I should stop writing now. I've wasted too much time that could be spent packing. Cheerio!

I'm... Terribly sorry. I was supposed to write about what happened, and I still intend to- just not now. I'm sick, and I don't quite know what's happened. It feels like my throat is closing up. It hurts.
I'm also sad for Stella, because she hasn't gone anywhere since she ran in a frenzy the other day. She's been too busy taking care of me... Everyone's put packing on a halt until I'm better. It isn't neccessary, but I'm touched.
