I thought i'd need to post this since we've recieved our first complant. I think that isn't bad since i've been open for more than a year now. Still the complant stands. The complaint was from a customer not from an employee so calm down. The customer is always right. (In this case) So i've posted some tips on bumping. If you want you can add to it!
1. When bumping DON'T for the love of all that is holy, just type bump beside it. Actually avoid the word bump as much as you can.
domokun the word bump is over used and if you post the same thing over and over it gets boring and spam like.
2. Make sure you posted the next number from where the last bumper left off.
domokun It gets confusing what number we're on, if not. Plus it helps us know when to stop bumping.
3. Make sure to stop when the goal is met. Don't know the goal? Find what bump was last posted with the saying on it. (the poem) And check what number per day is made. Add that number to the number of that bump and that is your goal for the day.
domokun Lots of people have went over this number to post something else... Also please number all POSTS, they count as bumps. Don't post and then start counting again.
4. When bumping have something else to do. Like if you have two threads, alternate. Do one bump for the first thread, then one for the other. Then come back to the first thread. This spaces out your bumps.
domokun Also you can go and do polls between bumps if you only have one thread to bump.
I can't think of anything else right now...but i've noticed some of my bumpers getting tips from the owners! If they think it might upset me...It will not. I think it's great that you all are doing such a great job that your getting tips.

Now to a good note! I've recieved two pm's or messages from people in other methods about our bumping service in a good way.
1. magikman79 - PrKitty you're loved! They said your bumping is very well spaced out!
2. Itz_Krazy - Angel, way to go man, you got commented that they love you and they reordered!
3. Hypnoholic - You're service (especially Angel's, Tektig's, and PrKitty's) has been Quite exceptional. Well, Tektig is adorable, PrKitty is sensible (and always there when I'm gone, which makes her very vauble indeed) and Angel's commentary's funny xd

Okay, most of you are friends of mine. MisstressKitty is nice enough to expand the welcome to you because i've asked. So I've decieded to add this. I will enforce this not MisstressKitty. I feel it is needed.
You'll recieve a warning ...
1. If you break one of the rules.
2. If you start a fight in a customer's thread.
3. If you upset a customer on their thread.
4. If you upset people on a customer's thread.
5. If you upset me or any of the other bumpers. Act professional to other bumpers!
Now, this is what will happen If you have ...
1 warning : You'll be told that you're doing something wrong.
2 warnings : You'll be informed and a deduction in pay by 5%.
3 warnings : You'll be informed and a deduction in pay by 10%.
4 warnings : You'll be suspended from the bumping services for a period of time based on what you've done.
5 warnings : You'll be fired.
