Okay, I was wondering exactly what God's opinion on this is.
I really don't understand how he says people can't live life like that. Can a homosexual still believe in Christ? Can a homosexual go to heaven? What? I don't understand how someone can frown upon a certain type of sexuality.

Depending on how you believe, and where your faith lies, the answer could be different. For me, I believe God loves all his creations, large or small, worshiper or not. I know what people say the bible says, but if you are going to live by a written law that was translated hundreds of times by many different people, how much faith could you have in his actual divine power?
I believe, if God didn't want something to happen, it wouldn't. If he didn't want homosexuality, it simply wouldn't be. I think, as the human race grows he forms us, and tests us, seeing who is there to act in his likeness and who isn't.
If Jesus was walking among us today, would God want us to shun him for being different than we are?

I believe God wants us to be like him, not to judge, but to love one another...

People have free will, and they have the choice to embrace homosexuality or to try their best to fight it. I think its important to live by the Bible because I agree there is going to be errors, but not everything is wrong.

I guess He frowns upon it because male and female is the way he made it to be. Thats the only answer I have. Maybe also because male and female have different personalities and responsibilies in a family. But God definatly still loves homosexuals, and I believe that if a homosexual is truly saved, they will still go to Heaven, because all of us have sins.

Sadly, humans do have free will. Whether or not humans like it... I think He loves everyone as equals. We are all his children. Of course, we all say what God means, but how can we, as simple minded humans, actually know what he intends for us?

Sadly? Free will isn't a sad thing but a gift from God. More a choice. It's not bad. Politically I'm not against homosexuality. That's all I'm going to say, my beliefs on this subject beyond that point gets weird.

I only said sadly because alot of people abuse that gift from him (just like they abuse other gifts) I didn't mean it to be a bad thing, just something that is taken advantage of.

Free Will is an illusion created by God to keep us happy. Each and every person follows a determined path in life that God has already sent us. The only thing that gives us the illusion of free will is that sometimes the path is split in two, we ourself don't decide which to choose rather all of the events in our past decide them.

Actually I don't believe that I just wanted to spout something random.

I beleive the Lord loves everyone who loves him and wishes them love even if their love happens to come from the same gender.
Two girls met in church and fell in love, I beleive God put them together because even though they're both girls they needed each other to fill the void that everyone has in there hearts until they find the one they were meant to be with forever.

God loves us all, but homosexuality isn't normal.

Just wondering, why do you think it's not normal?

There are homosexual penguins in a New York zoo. I think that kinda proves that's it's a natural thing... P:
Anyway, I believe God likes homosexuals as much as he likes everyone else. As for the Bible, well I don't really believe in that... soyeah. I think that people just put the "gays are bad" thing in there because they didn't like it back then... just like how Jesus wasn't supposed to be white surprised

Well, in the bible it says it's a sin.. sodom and gomorrah and all of that. But it's.. a sin. So is lying, lust, idolizing, etc. It's one of the many reasons Jesus died on the cross to save us. So I think if you are homosexual, realize that that is wrong and sincerely want God to forgive you for it, then he will.

But they can't change who they are, its not a choice they make, its something inside them. How can they be sincerely sorry for being themselves?
