If you could ask any member of Placebo one question what would it be?....
AND
what's the thing about this band that you think keeps their fans so obsessive, and drawn to them? I know the answer is basically the music, or the image but what about it personally keeps them one of your favorites

Hmmmm, one question to ask.... well, to Brian I would ask 'Would you marry me?' xd to Stefan I would ask what it feels like to perform on stage in front of so much people singing along to your songs, and to Steve.... I'm not sure what I'd ask. neutral
The thing about Placebo, for me anyway, is the simplicity of their music. It sounds so good, so much emotion put into the song writing and playing, but the lyrics and music individually are rather simple. Although this is coming from someone who used to listen to a lot of heavy metal stuff with very intricate music and elaborate lyrics... so I dunno, maybe I'm just weird?
Awwww, you lost your CD! sad That sucks. I hope you find it, or your friend buys you another one xd

Awwww, you lost your CD! sad That sucks. I hope you find it, or your friend buys you another one xd well that could go one of three ways, he says 'yes', hawt sex, OR he presses secret security button which leads to your slow, sexual death... 4laugh ...kidding. "Hmm so steve....how does it feel to be in a band with brian and stefan...?" then steve just goes off crying...but really though, he doesn't get half as much attention as Stefan or Brian... Agreed. and Nice answer. I still listen to some Dimmu Bogir and metaly stuff. Metal's not so bad, but if you had them aco pello (now I just know that's misspelled) almost any metal band would sound stupid. Good to vent and sacrifice my victims too... 3nodding I know and the one I had held emptional value so she told me she was going to buy me another and just tell me she found the orgional...cause she thinks she's funny.... emo

Hehe, yeah but Steve is the drummer, he's behind all those drums most of the time! xp
A sexual death, you say? Sounds oh-so-erotic and oh-so-fun! xd
I think it's accappello(?). I'm most probably wrong though.... Yeah, metal is good for venting some anger, headbanging helps a lot 3nodding Headbanging also helps to destroy your neck, if ever you feel like doing so!
Mmmm, real funny =/ What a smelly willy-lips. biggrin

A friend of mine actually did get to meet them (lucky b***h!! scream ). Her question to a somewhat intoxicated brian with a dopey girl on his arm was "which of you songs is most meaningful to you?", to which he vaguely replied, "all of my songs are meaningful to me." She told be Steve and Stephen where much friendlier. God I hate her.
But anyway, my questions...
Brian, why are you so goddamn adorable in a way that makes me question my sexuality?
Stephen, why are you so tall? Do you eat a lot of veggies?
Steve, I know you're the only hetero member of the band, but do you ever just wonder?? I mean, come on, you've got some sexy bandmates!
OK im done now.

Awwww, your friend is sooo lucky! whee I wish I meet them someday.... rolleyes
Haha, I think Brian would be a bit un-friendly.... it just seems as though he'd be one of those 'attention seekers' xd But he deserves all the attentionhe gets! xp
Nice Steve question! wink

I think my question would be "Can me and my friends play with you?" (in a musical way, not a sexual one.)

off the top of my head like heaps of people to brian - 'Marry me..or at least come see my room'...but then of course i'd turn to 'love me and give me free tickets to all of your concerts?!? I'd end up asking him bout how he rates his lyrics on whether they're good enough and if there's any songs he just wanted to throw away etc. To stephan I'd want to ask him straight off to forget guys and stay with me forever and ever blaugh ..na i'd also want to go deeper and ask him and steve how the group works and how they cope with all the rumours about their sexuality like of course has steve ever really questioned himself...then i'd ask them about teaching me how to play at least one song..that'd be orgasmic eek
On the topic of what keeps me coming back to them of course i say its the music and how easy and addictive it is to listen to, ability to relate to the lyrics and even just listen to a song and not need to think about the lyrics but just enjoy the sound of the song..their attractiveness also plays a hand in it too of course wink

Assuming I manage to be somewhat coherent and have the guts to talk to them, I'd ask...uhm...
Brian: What brand of eyeshadow do you wear? Now that you're in a steady relationship and that you have a child, which of your songs do you most relate to? Steve: When have you been the most angry at one of your badmates? What did they do? What did you do? Steff: Where the heck did you learn to dance like that?! xD <3

Y'know, after watching Velvet Goldmine, I wonder if Steve ever looked in the mirror during the filming and realized that he'd make a rather good-looking tranny himself.
