The problem originated with Mark and Tom. Mark was always a little jealous that Tom created box car racer without him but featured Travis. So to retaliate he created Plus 44 with Travis. When Tom was on tour in 2005 he felt a need to be with his family. After going home he was offered a solo career. He declined but Mark didn't know he had declined and became very upset and caused the hiatus. Although Tom predicts a reunion because Tom and Mark have atticus clothing, macbeth shoes and resting bird entertaiment hes been quoted as saying those obligations will eventually bring them back together.

My perdiction is that they'll get back together they been together nearly all there lifes. you can't just walk a way from a friendship that close, it's like mark once said tom is the frist person he calls when somthing happens and you can't just "forget this all, move on" (-boxcar featuring mark)

I never knew they broke up until yesterday when I was browsing the 'net. It makes me so sad. They have, or I should say had, such a unique band. I found a lot of their songs funny and meaningful at the same time. But I have faith and hope that they will get back together...even if it's only for a little while longer.

God forbid that they pull a Green Day x___o

if they did that i would disown them that is total crap...the best thing about blinks music was the fact that none of it related to what was going on in the world...you could listen to it and it would take you away from all the problems

If we had it our way,
Blink would be back together.
but the world doesnt always work that way.
I dont think they will get back together
because they all have thier own projects going now.
and they are working out nicely for them.

they may have had a strong friendship.
but now i'm sure they have strong freindships with their new bandmates.

But you got to think that's a step further to becoming friends again and if you have read any of my other posts you know thats i really care about i can careless if they never put out another album again just as long as there all happy.

I hate to tell you guys this but blinks already growen up do you see any funny songs on blinks self titled album, or any thing funny for that matter, the all have kids now, they called it quits when it became no longer fun and i respect them cause of it, there are alot of bands out there that fight and only do it for the money blink isn't like that they could of put out 10 more albums and never been friends again (they'll come back when everythings better if they remain friends mark said he calls tom when sh!t happens well sh!t happens everyday and you can't give up a friend that close and even if they don't as long as there happy)
