hey all....my friends and i started a band a few months ago and were looking for some cool band names....any suggestions?
oh ya you may be wondering what kinda music we play...well weve been working mostly on cover songs (a couple by green day, jet, sugarcult, and jimmy eat world) were just testing the waters right now to see how well we work and sound together.....ok im starting to ramble....but anyways, band names....floors yours

heteria plus, i'm desperate to have a bass... 3 months and i can get it... awesome....i used to play guitar a bit, and i had to save up to buy my own guitar....it took forever especially since i dont get an allowance.....but ya now its kinda pointless cuz i stopped playing, but i still sing in the band.

ieatcrayons3480 heteria plus, i'm desperate to have a bass... 3 months and i can get it... awesome....i used to play guitar a bit, and i had to save up to buy my own guitar....it took forever especially since i dont get an allowance.....but ya now its kinda pointless cuz i stopped playing, but i still sing in the band. i have a pretty weird a** addiction to strumming 4 to 5 string electrics that have no ampage... i think it sounds good neutral prolly cause i need serious mental help... well, more serious mental help... or maybe, different mental help? sweatdrop nevermind

were all thinking about that name....we had practice last night aand we were discussing names and i brought up that i made some threads....they said to keep watch on the posts to see if anything else comes up....im taking note on all the names you bring up to see if they like em....so i appreciate all ideas! thanks guys and gals! whee

Hypocrite I've been in six bands, Scorched earth Divider Stralk Krapz Transparicy transmittion anti sight Now I'm in a band with my boyfriend and his friend Gavin, it's not serious though just a mess around. scorched earth sounds hella familiar. like local familiar... i dunno... my ex-boyfriend and i were gonna have a little side project that was basically accoustic emo stuff, or not quite emo, but just accoustic because we used to perform at this coffee house by bv... we were gonna call it raney deis (like rainy days) 'cause i sign everything with my nickname deisy and his last name is raney.

Sorry, I'm no good when it comes to stuff like that. Hell, I can't even come up with good names for the characters in he stories I like! I don't know how bands come up with their names. There are some bands in my school with good names. There was The Accidents (who broke up), Tiny Tim and the Crutches, um... a band called Just came from my school, oh, and Jakalope.
I don't know if that helps you any.
