Quote: Ichigo Kurosaki has always been able to see ghosts, but this ability doesn't change his life nearly as much as his close encounter with Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper and member of the mysterious Soul Society. While fighting a Hollow, an evil spirit that preys on humans who display psychic energy, Rukia attempts to lend Ichigo some of her powers so that he can save his family; but much to her surprise, Ichigo absorbs every last drop of her energy. Now a full-fledged Soul Reaper himself, Ichigo quickly learns that the world he inhabits is one full of dangerous spirits and, along with Rukia--who is slowly regaining her powers--it's Ichigo's job to protect the innocent from Hollows and help the spirits themselves find peace. Like so many others out there I just love Bleach. No, it's isn't because I'm jumping on the bandwagon. it's just a great anime/manga.
Ichigo's my fav character and Chad is my least fav out of the main characters. Just cuz he's kind of...dull. =P

Ishida Uuryu has to be my favorite character.
I hated it a bit when I first saw it but then it kinda grew on me.

I only have the first four volumes.....But it is pretty good. But I've herad the anime is better. Sep. 9th, Adult Swim. Kon is so cool, and I can relate to him.

I went for the Manga first and stuck with it I guess I'll check out the anime when it comes luckly it's on AS cause if it was Toonami it would of been butchered.

yeah, Toonami isnt that bad in editting, they air a decent dub of Naruto, but Bleach probably wouldn't have done so good there, they would have to cut out pretty much every Kon joke(NUUUU!) and the whole, hollow eating people part. thank goodness.

I read up to Vol. 5 but then stopped because the fandom was starting to turn into ruin (ie. fangirls are everywhere). It's sad when things like Bleach and other Jump anime get dubbed because most of the jokes aimed at teenage boys are 'reconstructed'.

I think I read up to volume 3 of Bleach....I remember really liking it, but I haven't been able to read anymore cuz my school library only had up to 3.
Does anyone know of a good scanlation site for it?

I've only watched the anime up to the point after the Soul Society arc...then I read the latest manga cuz I don't care much for fillers...
Anyone reading the new chapters? What do you think of the Arrancar(however you spell it) as compared to the anime's Bounto?

I've only read up to #2 because that's all my sister had for me to steal, I mean borow, yeah! ^^;
My favorite charecters are Ichigo and Karin! I like Rukia but not enoff to call her a favorite.
