Right just latley i have been hearing reports of mods changing posts i am a bit sic of it and have spoke to these mods. because of the issue raised this is what we are going to do if you are caught misbehaving in any way these are the concequences.
Vice captin
- one warning
- demotion to crew
- demotion to member
- kicked out of the guild
Crew
- 2 warnings
- demotion to member
- kicked out of the guild
Members
- 3 warnings
- kicked out of the guild
you all have 4 steps and no one will be treated differently and i will scrub warnings and repromote people for an improvement in behaviour.
regular posters will become crew
the list of who is one what will be in the crew area and i will keep an eye on it i will also put a copy in here so you can see what needs to be done on your part.
