Y'know what I think? Ever since I saw the blue spirit, I've been thinking
Zuko doesn't really hate the Avatar like he used to. I don't even think he wants to go back to the fire nation anymore.
But I have a theory. Perhaps Zuko will permanently join Aang's group, along with Katara Sokka and that other girl, I don't know how to spell her name, and teach Aang firebending. Then he'll join him in taking down the fire nation before that...comet thingie...hits. Then Zuko will take power over the fire nation and not attack everyone anymore.
But that's just my theory, supported by absolutily nothing.
What do you think he'll do?

But didn't he said he still wants the avatar?And still he's claiming to be the rightful heir of the throne... hopefully he will someday realize that his father doesn't want him back anyway >_>;;;
Anyway~ it would be nice if he would the join gang since he and aang have shown that they can perfectly work together(remember the fight in episode 13?)...but I guess that this would rather happen at the end of season two... it would be a great finale don't you think?

That is what everyone thinks and even though it could happen, under what circumstances and would it be a trick or for real? I mean, Aang is gulible and would believe almost anything that he wanted to hear and Zuko is pretty slick and clever to convince the others. Who know? We will just have to wait for now.
But suppose he doesn't join them? What would he do then? Would he die or just slowly disappear out of the show?

Welcome to the popular opinion of six months ago. Don't mind me, I've just become cynical from dealing with the Avatar fans on GameFaqs. Anyway, I think they'll spend at least a little while longer playing the 'neutral third party'. Although if (and probably when) he joins up I pray to God there is no Zutara (no offense to you Zutara people. I just don't like it personally).

I really hope that Zuko joins up but I agree that it wont happen all at once. I cant wait to see the way that the two groups would interact with each other. Uncle Iroh got along very well with Tauq, and I cant wait to see the whole Iroh Sokka dynamic. They are bothe the funniest in their differnt groups, and are both awsome characters.

i read the title as 'who will zuko do next' *slaps self repeatedly* stupid mind of mine
anyway, i agree. you just know he will. i mean all people teaching Aang are kids. who's a firebender and is young and not Azula? Zuko is currently the only one. but who knows. Avatar could take a huge swing and change everything and add another firebender kid.

yea... i agree... i think he's SLOWLY...... VERY S...L...O...W...L...Y.. beginning to realize that even if he does catch the avatar, it wont matter @ this point... but i dont think tht he'll fully grasp onto that concept for a looong while.. *poor Zu Zu* I myself am a Zutara fan and would looove to see him and Katara get together. She's just the type of "medicine" he needs. You nkow what I mean? She's very warm, loving, kindhearted, shed be good for him.

Kno what would be cool? Kno how Zuko is the Prince of Fire Bending rite.......well since he is royalty and royalty does do this her should have a bethryhal..fyi....A engagement....his father could have decided hime to marry a girl and he Actually liked her....but The girl was not loyal and was part of a rebellion or something.......and he ended up having to fight him!

Zuko still has a lot of issues just to do anything just yet. I mean it's hopeless for him to go back to the firenation. He's dad clearly doesn't want anyone to overthrow him and wants Azula to have the thrown that's why he kicked Zuko and Iroh out of the Firenation. So Zuko is still thinking and I still think he thinks that his father still wants him back cause he's not doing anything. He won't pick sides, so I think we might see more flashbacks.. I want Zuko to find his mom. Though we don't know much about her, so yeah..They aren't showing a new epiy until september... stare

And remember Zuko thinks girls are crazy, thanks to Azula and her gang. Really, I think it's too soon to be jumping into conclusions. First season was just an introduction and it barely showed anything. Now the second season is slowing digging into the story. Very slowly...
