Sector 6 Cityscape and Slums

Sector 6 is one of the residential districts and another half of it is a commercial district. People who live here are middle-class citizens who work on individual business or with ShinRa Inc. This is a tight knit community that respects each other and ShinRa.

Sector 6 is home to a fairly small mafia that's supportive of ShinRa Inc:

The Bautista Family.

They help the ShinRa Police there with their own brand of vigilante justice and continue to work as a secondary police force in other sectors. The mafia members here are to be respected and regarded as our own. When someone here requests help - we move to them IMMEDIATELY.
