Of half Wutaian descent. He's a swordsman who was born in Gongaga and has a soft spot for beauty.
A former member of the TURKs. While normally a genial person, once angered, he becomes a very different person. The story goes that a friend of his was kidnapped by a rebel group and imprisoned. Cervantes went to rescue him. He rescued his friend - and single-handedly defeated every man guarding the stronghold. It was while he was in jail that he got an offer to join the TURKs, and he has not looked back since.
Cervantes eventually pleaded for Tseng to give him a desk job. He makes his new home in the town of Kalm and he tries to keep his outlook on life a happy one. He has married his longtime girlfriend, Millia and has had a child with her. Cervantes also has two cousins, Nagato and Rina, working for ShinRa's cafeteria.

Born in Wutai, raised in Midgar... Riley had it rough deciding a career path for herself. Second oldest out of 5 children and was responsible for the lives of her brothers and sisters. When she came home to Sector 5 one night after a long day's work, she found the family murderered. Her other, father, and two younger siblings were dead. The eldest and her twin managed to get away with their lives. Soon after, she went to find work in ShinRa at the age of 18.
Now a long time employee under ShinRa, she's made her place in the incorporation. Canine law enforcement is her specialty, and is the only unit she'll even think about at the current moment. Riley knows Heishiro Shizumi well, but will never tell a soul anything about him; regardless of their standing or even if her life was on the line.

Born to a weapons salesman and his wife and raised in Rocket Town, Sheryl grew up with a genetic love for big guns and all things explosive. When her father was summoned by ShinRa for a potential job, he was unfortunately killed by anti-ShinRa activists, and Sheryl made it her goal to join ShinRa in his place, which she followed through on (mostly to escape her mother and three younger brothers).
Now working under Scarlett Solokov, Sheryl Aden is a grumpy, self-centered, whiny individual who would rather date a rocket launcher than a real man. She is convinced that she has bad luck with pretty much everything and everyone, has a bad time with alcohol, but is nonetheless intelligent. Can speak Southern Wutai and Northern Wutai fluently, hence her nickname, PinYin.
Rosario (Rio) Feng Lei -xPaperWrapx

Extremely clumsy, but well meaning and determind, Rosario (Rio) grew up in Costa del Sol. At 16 her father passed away from illness and her elder sister, Zhi, officially became the owner of the small hotel that was the family business. By this time, Zhi was 22 and had married an ex-pilot from ShinRa who had moved there from Midgar after quitting the company. Listening to his stories, Rio was inspired, and at 18 left her home to enlist. Her ambition was to be the greatest pilot ShinRa had ever known.
However she is rubbish at the job and a possible liability. Unable to even fire her own gun straight, Rio is trying to keep as positive as possible. She is determind to succeed at this, and is sure she can beat all the competition as long as she works hard and keeps at it. She is a happy, upbeat young girl, but has low self-esteem. She is also not entirely that smart, and can be a little naive at times with her 'justice will triumph over all!' perspective. She also collects stamps.
Aileena Restell (WANTED)
Status: Head of Medical Directorate
Age: 25
She graduated with top honors in her medical school. Having become an R.N. and studying through her job, she eventually recieved a medical degree and a job in ShinRa. Millia Cano's older sister, she believes that Cervantes will never find true happiness with Milla or any of the women that he chooses. She has the habit of hanging around him, treating him like a kid - the affection, perhaps, being friendly and brother/sister-like at most.
As the newly appointed Head of the Medical Directorate, she takes her job very seriously. Although she's very confused at the levels and security passes that she need to make, she tries her best to navigate through the ShinRa floors all the time. She's generally accepting of most people, and is always willing to help a person in need...quite a spunky person, though.
Nagato Cano (WANTED)
Status: Register Worker at ShinRa Gift Shop
Age: 22
The athlete between her and her sister, she is always trying to get Cervantes to play sports with her. As she is a tomboy, Nagato uses phrases and mannerisms that only boys are expected to. Addresses her sister as 'Rin Rin' and her cousin as 'Curvy'. She's loud, brash and totally in charge of whatever she does. She behaves very much like a modern girl and is very self-conscious. She would love for Cervantes to see her as woman and not just a younger cousin.
Rina Cano (WANTED)
Status: Cafeteria Worker/Head Cook
Age: 18
One thing is for certain: Rina loves to cook, especially for her sister and cousin, and is always trying out new recipes for them. Sweet and gentle, Rina appears to be an interesting contradiction of her older sister. She's rather soft-spoken and has a tendency to cry whenever there is trouble, stuttering when she does so. She enjoys sweets especially parfaits and can usually be found wearing her signature khaki shorts, white ShinRa shirt with the logo on the front and back. She also refers to herself in the third-person, and speaks with an unusually slow tempo.
Emma Frost - Orthosie

Age: 25
Mysterious, aloof, and occasionally gothic, Emma is very much into spellcraft, the occult, and religion. She is an accomplished practitioner of fortune telling and 'magic', but prefers to utilize her sorcery in subtle methods. She's usually found dressed in white or light blue, probably emphasizing on the fact that her name is 'Frost'. As the Dispatch Unit, she has been assigned to help the MPs from behind the scenes with computerized objectives and intel uploaded into their helmets, communications link up and code breaking skills. Though she's a wierd mix of magic and technology: there is no one better on a computer than she is.
She doesn't enjoy talking to others when she's not on her job, so she only says what she wants to say. She believes that everything is predestined, so she has no qualms about who or what is killed on the battlefield. She askes that the MPs follow her words and orders without question. Although she may appear to be harmless, beneath that surface, she's just as ruthless as Scarlett and perhaps more influential than Cervantes...
Nina Belloch - Orthosie
Status: Head of Alpha/Bravo Repair and Maintainance Unit
Age: 14
One of MANY siblings (of which are all child prodigies in a way). Gifted in the fields of science and technology, Nina spends a lot of her time building things for Bravo and Alpha, but constantly asks her friends and brother for monetary donations to keep her projects going. Speaks with a strong Southern Wutaian (Chinese) accent. Lately, she's been doing a lot of work for the Bravo tanks. Some people may be cruel and make fun of her youth, but she's DEFINITELY smarter than them.
Through her hardwork, she has become the youngest ShinRa employee. She hates people who don't help the weak and strives to harness this intelligence for the greater good (peace through superior firepower!). She's strongwilled and rational, an is good at explaining technical things. However, she's not very good at expressing her feelings outside of her family, so people may take her as condenscending, but she's just trying to be responsible...
Remiel Belloch - Cervantes de Cano

Age: 16
One of MANY siblings (of which are all child prodigies in a way). The second oldest male of his family, as the father and several mothers (polygamy) of the siblings are never present, serves as much a parent figure as he does a brother. He is unquestionably selfless however, and will do everything in his power to aid his siblings whenever possible. Locke saved him from going to jail by letting him go, and he deeply respects her for that. He sees Locke as a sort of savior and looks to her with the utmost respect. He's proud to be a member of ShinRa, if only to prove that he's not as useless as the battle Locke Delecroix let him go.
He's a handsome young boy, a pretty boy that is sometimes taken as a wimp...but he has a way about him that seems to attract some women - but by no means does he do this intentionally: He's extrememly shy when it comes to women. He has a polite air about him, but due to his looks, he's usually treated like a kid. He's an unusually good marksman with his dual Quicksilvers and is actually very responsible for his age.
Ma Yuan Chai - Angel Valentino

Age: 23
The eldest brother of the Remiel and Nina. He has been detached from the family for far too long. As a former resident from Gongaga, he is known as having a very unwieldy psyche. Chai is known as egotist, although his elegance knows no bounds. He is very cold towards most people he finds 'less graceful' and can be an elitist when it comes to physical form or looks. Chai has a soft spot for his brother and sisters, and is willing to give his life for them.
He is an amazing swordsman with an unusal penchant for unique weapons. Although he'd rather use his Quicksilver to finish his job, he also has a sword that he can absolutely decimate foes with. But he abhors the sword, detesting it as related to his father (he hates anything related to his father). Agile and motivated on the job, it doesn't take much to get Chai to finish his job quickly before giving him another one.
Bridget
Status: Bounty Hunter
Age: 14
Despite his name and appearance, Bridget is actually male. The reason for his feminine, and, at times, rather androgynous appearance, as well as his name is that he was the second of two twin boys (the other has never been named as of yet) and was born in a village (also unnamed) in which twin boys were said to be bad luck and an omen, so he was raised as a girl.
Bridget's primary weapon, oddly enough, is a yo-yo, which he not only uses by launching it out and hitting his opponents with, but also with other unpredictable abilities. His secondary weapon is a mechanical teddy bear named Roger. He wants to prove hs masculinity, and is currently employed as a bounty hunter, recieving his jobs from ShinRa Inc.

President of the ShinRa Company. Under his guidance, the company has grown from a relatively small weapons manufacturing concern to the largest conglomerate in the world. He is proud of his achievements and constantly looks for another way to increase his wealth. AVALANCHE has posed a threat to his company, and he reacts with brutal force to suppress them.
Rufus ShinRa
Status: Vice President
Age: 22
The heir to the ShinRa legacy, Rufus is still very young. What he lacks in age, though, he makes up for in brilliance and a reputation for ruthless cunning. He is currently working on projects abroad, though what these projects are remains a mystery. He shares an antagonistic relationship with his father, and the two men often butt heads, especially on the topic of how the company should be run. Rufus is a ladies' man, through and through. With his debonaire air and groomed looks, he takes to the floors with a near narcissistic approach. Though he's flamboyant, he answers to idiocy with his patented 'Rufus' classed shotgun.
Erwin von Heideggar

The General of ShinRa is the most ruthless and cold-hearted person in ShinRa. He would rather deal with all the propaganda and all that paperwork to kill those who surrender. He is a big man with an even bigger attitude...too bad he doesn't have as much common sense. He is easily identifiable by his distinctive laugh. Heideggar is also the manager of the SOLDIER Division.
Scarlett Sokolov
Status: Head of Weapons/Technologies Development

A most flirtatious, sexy woman that dresses inappropriately for work, yet never is reprimended for doing so. Her scandelous dress and flirtatious behavior is among the worse, and she is prone to molestation. Scarlett is quite devious, but she is the best reference for any weapon in the world. One look at the destruction wrought by Shinra's military will tell you just how brilliant she is with the knowledge of weapons with incredible power and destructiveness. Trapped behind her beauty is a truly withered soul. Scarlett is a very driven woman who will use any means to achieve her ends. She cares little for the smaller details, and likes to see things in terms of the bigger picture; sacrificing a few men to get good results doesn't bother her.
Hideki Hojo
Status: Head BioChemical/Laboratory Scientist
Age: 50(?)
Hojo is head of the ShinRa Company's Science division. He has little interest for things outside the scope of his various research projects and can be found more often than not conducting one eccentric experiment after another in his labs. Some of his projects could be called unethical, but the way Hojo sees it, true brilliance cannot be stopped by something as trivial as ethics. He's a dismal lunatic of a scientist who performs bizarre, but ultimately powerful, experiments in secret. Hojo holds some of Shinra Inc's darkest secrets, including those related to SOLDIER.

Status: Head of Urban Development
Age: 29
The Head of Urban Development is a loyal patron of ShinRa Inc. He inspects the damage done to buildings on a bi-weekly basis and continues to strive for better construction and placement of buildings, roads and anything needed to be built for a better living. He maintains the architecture of cities from the plans of President Shinra. He also designed the monolithic city of Midgar under the President's orders. Reeve is also developing a robotic droid implement to further scout dangerous areas. It is labeled as 'Cait Sith'.
Aoi Tseng

Legendary in his own right. It is said that he has advanced reflexes (even compared to Reno) and strength on par to Rude. He has a complete mastery of several martial arts and can compete on a SOLDIER 2nd level if absolutely demanded upon. Tseng is the leader of the TURKs. He depends on his members, but is not often involved in their individual activities. Tseng and Aerith known each other since childhood...
Randy 'Rude' Stanson
Status: Second in Command of TURKs; Senior Member of TURKs
Age: 27
Reno's long time partner, Rude is a man of few words. He always hides his expression behind his ever present sunglasses, so it's hard to figure out what he's thinking. He's loyal to the ShinRa Company, and the Turks in particular. He's been dubbed the strongest of the Turks, and anybody getting into a fight with him must watch out for his deadly fists – Rude has been known to knock out the heaviest of opponents with one well aimed punch. Rude also has a reputation as a heavy drinker and a well-rounded gunner. His targeting tactics are said to be that of a genius. Rude is quite serious about his work, and is only concerned on who's next to be on the recieving side of his 'Grand Spark' fists.
Reno Tsubame
Status: Senior Member of TURKs
Age: 22
Reno is an odd duck. Reno is a romantic at heart. He enjoys chatting with people about his most current loves. Lighthearted, he is always ready with a verbal jab that's usually directed at his co-workers. He doesn't seem to take himself seriously as a matter of fact he doesn't seem to take much of anything very seriously but in the end, he always gets his job done. Quoted as being the fastest TURK, Reno uses his speed to his advantage in a battle. Keeping up with him is hard, and those that get careless enough to lose sight of him end up paying a high price. Although his demeanor gives people the impression of not being the serious type, Reno is very skilled with one handed weapons, and accomplishes every mission professionally.
Rod Eurydice (WANTED)
Status: Member of TURKs
Age: 20
An ex-gang leader from Junon, his street smarts and his talent in the fine art of street brawling saw him through many tough spots. In what he thought would be a fine display of his talent, he robbed a ShinRa motorbike. He lost in a brutal fight with Reno, who recognized his talent and offered him a place in the TURKs. He, like Reno, specializes in one handed weapons.
Gun Anderson - Orthosie

Age: 21
The older sister of Elena. Her father was a teacher at the ShinRa military academy, where she attended. She graduated with outstanding performances, and her forte is marksmanship. Her excellent handling of firearms impressed the leader of the TURKs, Tseng, and he recruited her to the force with great confidence in her abilities. She is a very serious person who rarely jokes around, and is often very strict.
Elena Anderson (WANTED)
Status: Junior Member of TURKs
Age: 17
Elena accompanies Reno and Rude often. The latest addition to the TURKs is also known as Reno and Rude's unofficial sidekick. She's unusually bubbly and happy most of the times. Complimenting their fighting abilities with her unusual mastery of materia makes for an awesome fighting force. Her abilities with materia may rival that of materia shugenja/monks from Wutai's past warriors. She always follows her orders and is deeply concerned with the responsibility of her job. Elena works hard when she is on-duty and even when she is off-duty.

As a mercenary, she has seen a lot of battle and is accustomed to taking orders. As such, she adjusted to her new-found role in the TURKs easier than some. A thoroughly businesslike woman during missions, she gets her work done with a minimum of fuss. She is level-headed, alert and perceptive, frequently able to assess a situation and take the most prudent course of action. She is a skilled martial artist who uses a style that involves a great deal of agility and kicking.
Karin Taylor (WANTED)

The daughter of a wealthy Mideel family, she comes off as frivolous and just the littlest bit spoiled. She loves big game hunting, which she has been doing since she was a little girl. It is her finely honed skill with the shotgun that makes her an asset to the TURKs. Although she gets fired up before big missions, the smaller ones don't hold her interest. Openly teases Rod.

He was one of Don Corneo's former underlings. One day he decided he wanted to get out of the underworld he'd spent most of his life in, and took up an offer by the TURKs to join their ranks. His true name is never disclosed to people outside of the company. His skill with his guns is legendary. He is trained in all forms of assassination and killing. It is said that by the time you see him draw his weapons, it's too late.
Andres Hernandez (WANTED)
Status: Member of TURKs
Age: 26
An ex-police detective from Costa del Sol, he has a strong sense of justice. If you had to use three phrases to describe him, they would be "big hearted", "impulsive", and "compassionate". He has a tendency to think with his fists first, and this has gotten him into trouble many times over the course of his career.

He's an uncouth, constantly swearing, losing his temper and chain-smoking cigarettes. Despite this rough appearance, he has a good heart. The residents of Rocket Town all call him "the Captain," where he serves as something of an honorary mayor. ShinRa's airship maintenance crew considers him a legend.

Aerith Gainsborough (WANTED)
Status: Flower Vendor
Age: 22
The daughter of Professor Gast and Ifalna, Aeris was born in Gast's Icicle Inn home and lab. Only a few days later, Professor Hojo came to take both Aeris and Ifalna from Gast, because they were both Ancients. Gast was shot, and Ifalna escaped with Aeris. Ilfana was on the run for many years, until finally arriving in Midgar. Ifalna died at a train station in the slums, and Aeris was discovered by Elmyra, who was living on her own at the time.
It seems that Aerith is more important to ShinRa than most people would think her to be...Aerith is very bright and optimistic, and her unusual connection to the planet lends her a spiritual air. She gets along well with others, including the ShinRa officers and thieves that harass her. She seems to have some odd connection with Tseng; she claims that they knew each other as children.
Tifa Lockhart

Age: 20
Tifa was born and raised in Nibelheim, and was one of the popular crowd. When her mother died, Tifa ran off toward Mt. Nibel, and Cloud followed her. Tifa became injured there, and even though it was not Cloud's fault, the public still blamed him, and has disliked him ever since.
Tifa Lockhart is a wonderful brunette and the de facto symbol/unofficial mascot for the Seventh Heaven bar she owns. Cheery and optimistic, she bears no ill-will against most people. She hates to be taken advantage of and she absolutely hates to be hurt emotionally. Tifa keeps a lot to herself and isn't very good at opening up to others.
Yuffie Kisaragi
Status: Princess of Wutai
Age: 16
Yuffie is very spirited and mischievous, and can be a smart alec at times. She's a materia thief, albeit the reason behind her thieving is for a noble cause brought to effect in a misguided manner. She and her father disagree over the continuous trend of turning Wutai into a tourist attraction, a status it fell into after losing a war with ShinRa. Yuffie is also the Princess of Wutai - scaring away all of her suitors with ninja attacks.

He believes himself to be the last of a race sworn to protect their home of Cosmo Canyon with their very lives. Despite his appearance and somewhat aloof personality, he is actually an adolescent by his species' standards.
Ohatsu Azai - Lia Richter
Status: Sister to Ma Yuan Chai, Remiel and Nina Belloch
Age: 21
A firm supporter of ShinRa. Ohatsu used to walk the streets as a hooker in Sector 7. She barely had enough money to feed herself and the family. Remiel had made a promise to help her out of whatever tough spot she was in and to never let her walk the streets as a prostitute again. Because of this, she made a promise to Remiel...that he'd never walk alone.
She's a very loving person, never even doubting what she feels inside her heart. If something drives a certain emotion up, she'll surely express it. These emotions never remained bottled up inside. She absolutely hates it when Remiel gets close with other women. As wrong as it may be - she wants to be the only woman in Remiel's life.
Ranmaru Mori - WANTED

Age: 18
A boy who had always dreamed of becoming a samurai to protect Lord Godo Kisaragi. He was raised in the tea house of his mother - a famous Mistress of a Geisha house who trained other young female artisans. This left him a bit femme in appearance and demeanor. He had always cherished the thought of fighting, but due to his small frame, he couldn't be trained in the early age boys were supposed to. Although he was raised in a Geisha house, he has somehow distinguished himself as a very talented swordsman with a nodachi (anti-cavalry sword).
As a person, he's a very happy and outgoing person. He's a bit of a narcissist, knowing that he's a pretty boy and preferring to dress a bit more femme than a normal man would; Although to women, he's very sensual, flirtatious and provacative...an advantage he learned from home.
Raul Diego

He's always joking around, so you never know if he's actually serious. Something is always up with him, so you could never trust that smile. Raul is actually quite poor, and would do anything to scrap up a meal in time. Underneath that smirk of his is actually calm and calculated fighter with the skill of twenty men. In fact - he can take twenty men quite easily. As a fighter, he always tries to better himself both physically and spiritually. Don't be surprised to see him taking in the horizons or working on both sides of a war.
Lady Cirith Barrow

Her mother is a wealthy businesswoman who had wisely invested into stocks of the ShinRa firms when she was still developing in her womb. She was born into a very rich family who had bought land and the little jungled area of Mideel. Her father was a prime soldier in ShinRa military, a strong leader and a very wise businessman as well. Both parents are now settled in a little villa beyond the village of Mideel itself.
Cirith is a bombshell of a woman. She's quite airheaded and constantly brags about her immense beauty to others, even if they've heard her a million times about it. When she's not talking about herself, she's normally taking a nice stroll around her current residence (her family owns property everywhere) with a red parasol in hand. She constantly refers herself as a 'lady' and speaks with a slow, drawl, southern accent. She's a southern belle if there ever was one...
Millia Cano
Status: Civilian of North Wutai
Age: 24
Unsure of herself, she retreated to North Wutai. She left Lina and Cervantes to fend for themselves as she went off to do some soul searching in Wutai. As the former Head of the Medical Directorate, she maintains her medical status by taking care of the sick and injure in Wutai.
Her feelings, at the moment, is unknown. But her departure could be the cause of the recent depression of our Head of Human Resources; her Husband, Cervantes Cano.
Relina 'Lina' Cano
Status: Foster daughter of Cervantes Cano

Age: 8
The confident, cute and proper daughter. Although she wasn't necessarily Cervantes' true daughter, she loves him none-the-less. As his daughter, she had learned to think, move and even imitate that cagey smile of his in all of its perfecton. She even speaks like him when it's necessary. She's well-mannered, but she can be rude or up-front when she needs to. Her force of personality will always come through when necessary.
Her foster father loves her. She calls him 'papa' affectionately, and never questions anything he asks of her. Whether it be jumping out of a burning building and into his arms (it happened!) or staying calm when in shark infested waters (this too!) - she'll do it as long as her papa is there. She loves the outfit the TURKs wear, and she wants to be one when she grows up.

Threat Level: Medium
As young boy, he travelled to Midgar to join SOLDIER. Unfortunately, he didn't make the cut and ended up being a rank and file ShinRa MP. He was a close friend of SOLDIER Zack, who acts as both an older brother and mentor to him. While Cloud wasn't a great fighter then, he had a strong sense of justice and will protect those he cares about with all his strength.
His appearance is marked by spiky blonde hair, vivid blue eyes with a glow, blue clothing, and his Buster Sword. Barret Wallace

Is the leader of a terror group called AVALANCHE, located in Midgar. He had a gun prosthetic grafted to his arm and began seeking revenge on ShinRa for some time now. He remains ignorant of the full extremes of the former AVALANCHE and doesn't understand the trouble he has drawn to himself.
Barret is a foulmouthed bomb with a lit fuse. He never got along with anyone in the general public as well as most other human beings. He does surprise a lot of people by constantly be giving support when needed. He also has a soft spot for his adopted daughter, Marlene.
Elliot 'Sniper' O'Quinn
Status: Revolution Mercenary Member

Threat Level: Maximum
A legendary sniper in his own right. There was once a story that he held off both Delta and Foxtrot Company, just because his name was mentioned. McGreggor holds this man in the highest regard, and if you've made it to Foxtrot - don't even think you've even touched this man's level. Be careful if you try to engage him in any sort of combat...you probably won't come out of it alive.
O'Quinn is out of the Northern Kalm territories and has gained his sniper instincts from the said territories. What really struck some people as surprising was that he was originally part of the ShinRa Foxtrot unit. Trained in the Survival, Planning, Scouting and Sharpshooting sections (and coming out on top), O'Quinn knows how the ShinRa snipers function, and what is demanded of them...but due to his own training regiment, he may just be the best sniper to have ever existed.
Hattori Hanzou
Status: Head of Espionage and Assassination of Republic of North Wutai

Formally known as Masanari and born to the Iga Ninja Clan. He is an extremely skilled swordsman, tactician, spearman, and a master of all ninja techniques. This is because the Iga regions harbor ninjutsu dojos, and there were over 70 clandestine organizations carrying out the art in the region. In the surrounding mountains there were large institutes for training in military tactics. All the arts necessary for ninjutsu could be acquired within a radius of 45 miles from Iga. Hattori, who fought his first battle at the age of 16, went on to serve the Lord Godo and Tokugawa.

Sephiroth
Status: MIA'd - presumed KIA'd
Age: ??? (Believed to be in his thirties)
Threat Level: -Off the Charts-
ShinRa's Ultimate SOLDIER, and a General in the army. He is known as a war hero and highly respected, though he is somewhat of an elitist. Upon uncovering the twisted experiments surrounding his origin, he loses his sanity and disappears at Nibelheim. Wanted for massacring citizens and ShinRa SOLDIERs alike.

Groups
ShinRa
A group started as a Coal and Mineral harvesting firm, ShinRa soon expanded into so much more upon the discovery of Makou. With Makou on their side, it started to develop the use of motorvehicles, televisions and other modern conveniences without the overexertion of human labor. The ShinRa firm was promptly turned into the ShinRa Incorporated: Electricity and Makou Distributors as you know today.
ShinRa also keeps the peace in the world with its world array of armies. As the world has a large array of trouble, as does ShinRa have a pallette of soldiers ready to be deployed in moment's notice.
AVALANCHE
A group started under the leadership of a few protestors, but eventually landed into the hands of a madman named Fuhito. The current leadership has shifted to Barret Wallace. This is an anti-ShinRa group which had evolved into a terrorist group under the guidance of Fuhito. He hired many strong mercenaries and volunteers alike to defend the world against ShinRa tyranny. Of course, Fuhito was promptly put down...
Barret Wallace currently keeps the reigns as a terror leader. Though they're few in numbers, as the first anti-ShinRa group, they've gained notoriety amongst the other groups.
Revolution
A band of soldiers that hate ShinRa Inc. They have influence all over the world and continue to stir trouble in the stead of their formerly more powerful counterpart, AVALANCHE. They fight with guerilla tactics, and don't hesitate to kill ShinRa soldiers, even if it was unprovoked. They are the main threat to ShinRa's existance on the front-lines, but AVALANCHE still remains a bigger threat internally. Where AVALANCHE deals damage to our enviroments and buildings, these Revolution members kills indiscriminately, just to lower our ranks.
These bastards need to be dealt with. Famous faces like Elliot 'Sniper' O'Quinn have been terrorizing us for too long.
Republic of North Wutai
The home of Samurai and Ninja. Under the rule of Lord Godo, the people have steadily rebuilt their towns from the old Wutaian wars and had even rebounded from the depression caused by the open field wars with ShinRa. These people are about honor and strict religion to pray to Leviathan and everything related to him. Samurai class still exist...and are constantly training as if there was another war brewing.
At the helm of their training, Tadatkatsu Honda and Naomasa Ii can be seen shouting command to the masses. Among their ranks are veterans such as Toshiie Maeda, and Tadamasu Honda - in the shadows, you can find Hattori Hanzou. They also are training a new infantry unit, complete with ShinRa issued rifles - the Saika Rifleman.
The South Wutai Empire
The home of everything about the fight. The south believes that peace is held within self improvement. Everything you can do to improve must be done. Monks and priests could be seen roaming the lands, but the main attraction is the elegant swordsman that spar on the stones within the lotus gardens. Death defying fights and stunts can be seen performed by the people here.
This is also the home of some famous cooking - originating such favorites as fried rice, udon noodles, stir-fried dumplings and several itterations of fried chicken.
This is the home of General Tsao Tsao...
