I've been through CCC in Normal, Hard, and Very Hard countless times and I've never seen Epsilon or Del Lily.......
How can I find them? Are they a rare form of something???

They are only in the mission's Seat of the Heart, East Tower and West Tower. If you have a copy of PSO Eps 1+2 plus or go online you can get thoughs missions. They are some intresting monsters to fight, and you can get some cool weapons from all three missions.
