Fel's kinda only got three moods to 'im, which is his normal attire, when he's in a mood to have fun and relax, and formal occaision/ceremony. You can prolly figure out which is which, if not, it's in that order, and pointed out for you as follows:
Regular Outfit:

Kind rare, usally when he's taking time off in the dorm, or messing around out of his outfit at the training grounds...
Formal:
or when the suit is required..
I don't think this one'll pop up at all that much. Meh.
