Why you would like to be them: He is a very strong mutant, not just power wise, but personality wise. It seems like he always knows something, so I would like to play him.

Who you would like to play: Piotr(Peter) Rasuptin/Colossus
Why you would like to be them: His ability was the only true appeal to me, but after seeing the movie, it brought out more of his character, doing what is right at the time, so I feel that I can relate to him more.

Why you should be them: Well, because of the way I will portray him. I only choose characters that I think have a close personality type to me so no matter what mood I'm in, it will be straightforward as to how he will act.
Likes: Being socially active. When Peter is forced to be by himself, he tends to stick to art, drawing things from his past that he cannot quite place a name to, but remembers seeing it clearly.
Dislikes: Being mistrusted and when others are suspicious of his intent. Since he is honest and completly truthful he is hurt when others don't take him seriously. Many times he wished could lie to the others, but knew full-well that if it was discovered, he would be in severe punishment.

Colossus had made the unfortunate mistake to use his ability against Magneto, forgetting the fact that the older man could crumple metal in an instant. Though he was just toying with him, Colossus would need to find a way to endure the pain. Clenching his fists and his jaws as tight as he can, he closed his eyes, and slowly the metal receded to inside Colossus. Magneto was awestruck, someone had actually reversed his ability. With a gaping mouth he bore a smirk and let Colossus fall to the ground, writhing in pain.

Let me die in peace!!" Kurt tries to reason with him. "Listen, you don't have to do zis. I have felt pain before, I know what you go through." The man swung a fist at him, and missed. In the process, the man slipped and fell. "I'm nothing like you!!" He screamed when he fell. Kurt jumped in to action. He teleported underneath him, caught him, then faced the ground below. He saw where he wanted to go, then teleported there. When they were safely on the ground, Kurt gently put the man on the ground. He was rewarded with a swift punch to the face. Why you would like to be them: because she is around my age so i can relate to her and i like her power

She thought about it and figured that she would be in the middle of civics right now. Lunch would be in 20 minutes so she decided to wait and go to class after that. Now she had time to kill. She walked over to her computer. No new messages. She was not surprised. Rarely did she talk to any of her friends outside of the school. Very bored now she sat down on her bed and took a soda out of the mini fridge in her dorm. She slowly drank it before packing up and heading to the lunch room.

She looked at the others with a look of 'Why me' and began to stand up with the ball ready to toss. She tossed it....back into the pool water as she showered the others with her 'sparklers' as a sign that all was well. "Surfs up everyone!" She yelled as she dived in.

Pacing herself, Raven Darkholme walked up to a rather heavyset security guard; she felt his eyes on her breasts the entire way. 'Repulsive,' she said under her breath as she approached.
"Excuse me," Raven said in her most bewitching voice, "would you be able to show me the way to the Erik Lehnsherr trial? I'm the prosecution's witness, but they forgot to give me the court room number." She gave the guard a moment to think it over: not that he needed one.
"Absolutely, miss." He said, removing a pocket notebook from his sweaty breast pocket. "It's in the 5th court room," he replied after running his eyes down the list, "I can even take..."
"Oh that won't be necessary,? she interrupted, ?I'll be fine, I'm a big girl." And with that, Raven turned on her heal & continued towards the court room.
A moment later, she found herself in the court room hosting the trial of Erik Lehnsherr; or better known to the public as Magneto. Raven took a seat near the front of the court, no more than two rows directly behind the defendant himself. She heard mutterings along the lines of, "This shouldn't take long", "Open and shut case", and "This monster doesn't even deserve a trial, they should lock him up & throw away the key".
"All rise..."
And as the whole court room stood up, not one person took notice of the blue figure moving gracefully towards her mentor.

Raven took a seat near the front of the court, no more than two rows directly behind the defendant himself. She heard mutterings along the lines of, "This shouldn't take long", "Open and shut case", and "This monster doesn't even deserve a trial, they should lock him up & throw away the key".
"All rise..."
And as the whole court room stood up, not one person took notice of the blue figure moving gracefully towards her mentor.

Who you would like to play: Scott Summers/Cyclops
Why you would like to be them: In many cases I've seen people judge Cyclops to be a prissy boy, or scout leader of some sort, but I don't believe that. Cyclops is a natural leader, even with all the trauma he's gone through. Between losing his parents, and watch the woman he loved die saving his life, there's a lot that he's gone through. However, he is an important figure in the Xavier's School, and still sort of a role model to many. That's a challenging role to try and fill. I like that.

Why you should be them: As I had said before, Cyclops has gone through alot in his times, but is still a leader amongst the students. I believe that I can play that role of leader, and yet still show that Scott is human but dealing with the problems that pain him so.
Roleplay Sample: Scott's shoulders felt heavy as he sat in the school's courtyard. His head drooped a little as he let out a heavy sigh. He lifted his red tinted sunglasses with his right hand, making sure to keep his eyes tightly closed. If he kept them open, powerful optic rays would expell themselves forward, against his will, destroying whatever he happened to lay his eyes upon. He rubbed his closed eyes with his fore finger and thumb, and then placed his glasses back down. He pulled from his pocket his wallet, and slowly removed a small rectangular picture. It showed him in the lush garden of the school, his arms wrapped tightly around a beautiful red headed woman. "Jean..." He mumbled, his voice heavy with sorrow and regret. A tear drop rolled down his cheek, falling gracefully onto the photograph. He swallowed hard and shook his head. "Jean...I could've saved you..."

Who you would like to play: Bobby Drake.
Why you would like to be them: I feel that my own personality meshes well with the Bobby Drake character, and the two of us have a lot in common, so its a role that I could jump into very easily.
Age: Seventeen

Sample: The overhead sun blazed down upon the school, turning the entire campus into a deathwalk for those that went outside in barefeet. Not even the grass seemed to give any leniance in the heat. Down by the pool, only one person seemed to be having no trouble. Bobby Drake. All around him, everyone that wasnt in the pool was huddled on a blanket to protect themselves from the heat of the ground, and sweat and pool water mixed on their bodies, but Bobby lay on the bare ground, not even breaking a sweat, and giving off that charming, if boyish smile, to nearly every girl that walked by, though none seemed to notice it, too distracted by the heat. It didnt bother him though, because he was also a bit distracted with keeping his body temperature down to tolerable levels. ((Im not a big fan of 2000 character limits. I find them stupid, and they diminish my posts. I had a fight scene in here, but it didnt fit. If you wish, I can PM you a better worked sample post as well))
