You could do some sort of lottery/prize/game type thing...

Well I'm not shure, But I think it would be nice to give it away, like to people on the guild, or you could have like contest, like dice contest, and theres a prize.

Also you could add more extensions to the guild, Maby a top secret one where only the Captain and crew can enter, and you could have discussions there so all the members couldn't enter, I don't know, That's what I would do if I had a guild. Or you could make an extension where everyone could enter and there's a certain topic there. But Its up to you, your guild you decision....But yeah, Hope I helped....
