This is a continuation/spinoff of this RP, by Wizard_Darkover. The whole concept is his, he has just given me permission to use it. Wizard_Darkover I have no problem as long as you mention that I formulated the idea to begin with. I am probably going to recreate the thread myself soon since the old thread has been dorment to long. -- Wizard_Darkover Bar Exotica This bar is special because it was designed for a specialist and minority customer base. It was designed to be a retreat and sanctuary for all mysterical beings from the outside world. A place they could come and mix with their own kind. A place they would not be labelled as deviants and outsiders. So come and have a drink and socialise.
There is a list of rather uncommon cocktails.
There is a list of job later on.

*If pandadragonmaster does not meet the minimum number of lines (3), has too many grammar issues, etc., the job will open up to someone else, and he will become a customer.
I'm not trying to be mean, but I'm worried about being too soft due to lack of roleplayers in this guild. Plus, I'm not sure Wizard_Darkover would like it if I let people massacre his rp.
So, if I have any doubt you can meet the standards, you will be put on a trial basis. This will only happen if you do not follow the profile skeleton, have shown in the past deplorable English skills, or have yet to make your first post in the RP for more than a week after your profile is posted. After your first post, I should be able to judge whether or not you should really have the job you first wanted.
Do not forget that we need customers. -- Same Rules as before also, but please remember, I won't be quite so strict. If I can understand what you're trying to say, it's fine.
Also since this is a new guild, I won't intimidate you with an eight line minimum, but there is a three line minimum. Much simpler for you all.
As for ~Yaoi Ninja Demon~ and I, we will try keep an eight line minimum.

Please do not PM Wizard_Darkover with questions; PM me. Wizard_Darkover will start with the tedious guidelines and requests selection. I hope I do not come across as a roleplaying tyrant.
1 ? Coherent sentences. I need to be able to understand what you are writing in order to enjoy a roleplay. I do not want to spend my time figuring out a cryptic puzzle as I try and create meaning in your post. This tends to mean following the syntax of a grammatical system and the ability to spell. I understand that different countries have different spellings and grammatical frames. I understand that people have different writing abilities. If you struggle writing then I would suggest typing your reply into a word document first before copying it into a pm. This will help sort a few grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. I do not mind mistakes. The perfection of humanity is our imperfections. All I am asking is that you make an effort.
2 ? Imagination. Please paint me a rainbow with your words. Make my head explode with gorgeous pictures. Think of your writing as a art gallery. Hopefully it will be an art gallery I want to revisit. If you can paint me a picture which is different from the norm then you will get a gold star. I also love multiple plots in a roleplay. I also love lengthy posts. I struggle to respond to one line posts. If you are able to at least give me a paragraph (8 lines approximately) then I will be jolly. I expect an introduction to be longer. I understand that the mind can get clogged with writers block and there are no cures as yet.
3 ? Onion characters. This does not mean that I want all characters to smell of onion soup. An onion has many layers. I want your character to have many layers as well. I want to be able to peel these layers away and discover more as the roleplay progresses. Some of the onions layer maybe good and others rotten. Remember no one is perfect.
4 ? Multiple characters are reccommended.
5 - Yaoi and yuri roleplayers are welcome with open arms.
6 - PM me the profiles with the name of the roleplay as the title.
7 - All employees must not be human. A limited number of roleplayers can be human customers.
8 - Please avoid being a Mary Sue or perfect character. Imperfections in appearance and personality give a character depth.
9 - Pm me with questions.

Facts: Accidentally abandoned by his murder, murder being the more poetic term for his flock of hyter crows, and by the young human whom he spent their lifetime with as a pet; abandonment is the one relentless fear that haunts his thoughts upon meeting anyone. Never being a strong bird, especially his lackluster performance with flight, he was persistent in his complete mastery of the human form. It fascinated him; a form that seemingly so strong and caring could also be so fragile and cruel. This obsession was what lead to his first loss, and what also lead him to the closest city from his murder's nesting grounds. His flock would be back to those breeding grounds someday, in a few hundred years, and he would be there to greet them. Until then, he has decided to live nearby, and find work to pass the time. Human establishments just wouldn't do, as they couldn't handle wings popping out of his head every time he was startled.
Personality: Beltran is essentially still very innocent in many things; juvenile in most thoughts. Most important subjects and lessons taught early in life are a blank in his mind. Romance is such a foreign concept to him, that he has no understanding of other's romantic feelings, even when directed at him. He barely knows right from wrong, and his dignity gets the better of him more times than not. When emotionally weak, startled, afraid, or physically weak, a pair of wings, proportioned to a real crow's, will spread from either side of his head. Additionally this embarrassing protrusion of feathers extends often when he is deeply concentrating on something and only that something. In sleep or near death, his body reverts back to his true crow body.

Bio:
Once lived in the sea with his family of sirens. Being a male siren he was not allowed to partake in his family of females rituals. He did not want to lure men to their deaths, seeming to have a strange attraction towards them. But he was blessed with the Sirens gift of alurment. However the siren civilization was ruled by females, leaving men discriminated againsted as viewed little more then property. Though his mother was kind and found him as a gift, she did not wish for him to suffer and became over protective of him. This was due to the knowledge of not only being attracted to fellow males, but also seeming to have a stange aversion of water. Knowing he was different cause her to take extra percations of her unique child. As another plan to protect him, she attepted to marry him to a wealthy female of their tribe. Though she too was saddend to do this because of his preference, she remained firm and demanding. His only way to escape was to use his abilities to lure a bypassing gay sailor who shipped him away.
However, this sailor reamined in the closet from his other mates of his ship. Resulting in much abuse and lack of attention to Ty unless in secrecy. Once he had hit shores he left the sailor without a second glance. Though he had always had a weird distaste for humans, this certain sailor confirmed his hatred. Landing on the shores where Bar Exotica was, he asked for a job. Especialy since the bar did not offer work to humans. But humans did come in as customers, which gave him a perfect idea for a position, security/bouncer. Now able to have a excuse to beat on humans once they get out of line. He never looks back to his homeland, but he notices his different traits compared to his sirem brotheren. But even unknown to him, there is reasoning behind his strange habits and traits.
Abilities:

- control of fire(yes, there is reasons why and will be explained as the roleplay progresses.)

Personality: Angry and assertive, and seems to get distant and space out at times, usually when forced around water of some kind. Meaning in baths, pools and even the ocean. The ocean gives him a bitter sweet feel as he gazes at it. He seems to have a strange attraction to birds and they seem to lure him. He is bigget against all humans and can have a nasty temper. Though he has a gentle soul he can be rather sarcastic. He is intelligent but seems to get caught up in learning. Along with his spacing and distance he can become creative with words and even art. He has a beautiful voice that attracts others, giving him courage to sometimes sing for the customers of the bar.

Facts: A trained assasin and bounty hunter, Teri often comes here after assignments to unwind and sit back and watch the locals, as one of the few human regulars. She is usually a hoverer and doesn't like to interfere with other's conversations, but if invited will blend in with just about any croud. She does not particularly care for alcohol but will usually order a rum and coke or a glass of red wine if dining with company. Her killing style is usually swift and quiet, with a stun gun from 50 ft. away, or if necessary, a poison dart to the neck. Her work name is Shadow.
Personality: Quiet and layed back usually, Teri does not like anyone who argues with what she believes is right. However, she will usually not pick fights with them unless it is a subject she feels strongly about or absolutely has to. Teri has never had close friends because it could cause hesistation, and in her line of business that wound up to a quick death. She likes peace and quiet, but works best under immense pressure and life threatening situations.
Appearance: Blonde hair about shoulder length, usually tied up in a bun or ponytail, stunning pale blue eyes that look grey from a distance, about 5'7", lean and gentle looking and does not appear to have the strength she does. She usually wears a casual long sleeved light weight shirt, capris or jeans, and high heel boots to keep her famous daggers in, and a sheath hidden on her back. I'm already a regular at the DT Tavern. but okay. since this is for the guild ^-^
Nyu. I'd ask for a job as a waitress or bartender, but honestly, I'm a tad too busy, maybe later if therees any jobs left ^-^

Beltran slipped through the crowd of humans easily, looking a little lost. With his black hair and lightly pale face, Beltran didn't stand out amongst them, in fact, he looked perfectly human. Crowds like these were what he generally tried to avoid. One person decided to scare him, and he would start a panic. With that thought in mind, his steps quickened, until he finally found the bar, leaving the crowd behind. He had applied to work there recently, but was worried he was late.
Stepping into the Bar Exotica, his golden eyes scanned the room sharply, taking in the meticulously decorated bar. His extraordinary, bird-like eyesight brought out all the details from the tea candles and frosted lights to the bouquets decorating the windows. The smell of cigar smoke and liquor assaulted his nose and his highly tuned sense of smell. The force of the aroma nearly made him take a step back. So, this was where he would be biding his time. It had obviously just opened, the lack of customers was evidence enough of that.
It took him a moment to realize that others had already started work. He stood frozen in the door frame, his nervousness plainly written on his face. Beltran took deliberate steps into the establishment, not sure of where to start. He had the lowest of low jobs, the bust boy of sorts. It was the only job he qualified for, sadly. Being the person to clean up was not a coveted position. Living as a crow for years had its advantages, it gave him the temperament for cleaning up after people, and it didn't particularly bother him.
