I'm in the factory area on xenosaga in that last room with the ghost looking guy called Roy and when I try to go to the boxes it says I need his permission but when I talk to him he just says the same thing over and over again. gonk What do I do? (it's probably a really easy answer and I'm going to feel stupid later...)
