Hello all, I'm going to be one of your friendly neighborhood moderators. Should have any questions whatsoever, feel free to contact me or anyone else on crew.
I'm usually online between 7:30am-4:30pm (EST) Monday thru Friday. This excludes the 15th and 30th of every month, as it's payday, and we must go grocery shopping.

I guess I'll kick-start the introductions.
Name's Verene, but you can call me "V" for short if you don't like typing. I'm 18, live in the U.S. and have just finished my first year of Uni. Yay for being done with finals!
My obessions include animals, music, Russia, the Darkover series by Marion Zimmer Bradley, and of course Anne Bishop's world of the The Black Jewels Trilogy. (And The Invisible Ring + Dreams Made Flesh)
I'm one of the mods for this guild, and am usually online at least a few times a day. Sometimes for long periods of time, sometimes just for a few minutes, but if you send me a PM I should get back to you with in 24 hours.

Yes, i'm the wierdo who thought this was a good idea. Anyway, lots to come, updates and such, it's just gonna take a little while.
Anyway, Just call me Raven, though if you want you can call me Emily(My acctual name) I'm a rising 10th grader from clayton county Georgia.
I'm on a lot, but I'll be gone after the 22nd. Sorry. sad

Ok, I'm obviously Nabuki. I've been addicted the the BJT books for about 3 years now, including the invisible ring, her stand-alone book set in the BJT world, and of course dreams made flesh. I've read them so many times I had to buy a second set of the trilogy, and have most of it memorized, so I consider myself quite the expert. xp That sounds really conceited, but yeah.
I'm a literate roleplayer that's been doing it about 3 1/2 years. I write a lot, usually at least 3 paragraphs per post, and I use a lot of big words. I hate playing anything but literate or semi-literate rp, with a vast preference for full literate. I can take a long time on occasion because I'm obsessed with how my posts are worded, and how they sound. Thus the hating of anything less than semi-literate. I LOVE when people match me. (If I write 2 paragraphs, you write 2 or more. If I write 3, you write 3 or more.) I can deal with one paragraph posts, but less than that just isn't enough room for a detailed and useful post in my opinion.
A few facts about me... hmmm... That's always difficult for me. I guess I'll just start with the basics? Lets see... I'm 18 years old and recently engaged, although I'm not sure when the wedding will be. My soon-to-be husband is in the navy, subs to be precise, stationed on the subase in Groton, CT.
I'm entirely obsessed with music of all kinds, from Beethoven to MCR to Gackt, it's all good. I'm also a devout gamer, and am currently engulfed in a DDR craze. I play about 2 1/2 to 3 hours a day now, and am on heavy for the most part. I can do any song that has a 7-foot difficulty, and haven't been crazy enough to try 8 again, yet.
Alright, well that's quite a bit of information, so I think I'll be leaving it there. Any other questions feel free to ask me in a pm.

'Ello!
I'm new here as well and The Black Jewels Trilogy is amazing! I started reading these books when I was in middle school, so at least four years ago.
I have roleplayed the characters over the past few years, taking a special interest in Daemon and Surreal, and I will roleplay whenever with them.
I honestly do not know what else to say, other than Anne Bishop has been quite an inspiration for my writing and I am glad to be here!

yesh i am in middle school, and yesh i am only thirteen but who cares? i still love the books ^-^
ive roleplayed this series with some of my friends on gaia as well as a few other sites.
i have a fanfic that i had written about anne bishop's books, it will or should be posted in my journal soon. im not quite done with it yet so it may take a little while ^_^
anyway er....i guess that's it sweatdrop
