When you repeatidly do something, and you know it's wrong, but you are trying to stop. Is he angry at you? Everything in this world is so tempting and I want to know what he thinks.

Well.. I dunno. I don't know if hes angry or not, but God only hates the sin, not the sinner themselves, so maybe he only gets angry with the sin..?

God looks at your heart, and see what you're trying to do. If you're really making an effort then no, he's not angry at all. He knows that there are things out there that tempt us. The thing is, we can't do it without Jesus and he tells us that. So we know how to conqurer over things. It is possible. You can struggle yes, but you have to remember that before you do something you actully justify it to yourself before you do it. Just don't justify it. Remember who you are in Christ, and he will give you strength. No, God's not angry when we have trouble with sin, but he does everything he can to help us. If we accept that help then we'll be fine. It's good to know that we're not in this alone.

God loves you, but he doesn't love what you're doing. I had a memory verse a while back that was pretty much plain as day. "God hates sin." -- or maybe my Apostle said that. I don't remember.

Everything in this world is so tempting and I want to know what he thinks. to answer your question, he is not mad at you if you are sincerily (thats probably spelled wrong) trying to stop. i don't think he gets as much mad as dissapointed. but you must try to give up sins in order to be truly forgiven,

And many many teens do it, so it's hard for me to say no.

Instead of looking for people at school to become friends, go to your church youth group meeting and make friends with them. Now, heres how this works. Lets say your problem is cussing or masturbation. The 2 easiest sins to fall into as a teen (especially for the guys). If your hanging around people who don't cuss or tempt you to watch tv shows with lots of sex then the temptation goes away. Thats how I deal with most of my sins. This doesn't mean you can't have friends who aren't Christian. I have atheist friends and my best friend from second grade is Jewish, not to mention Hindu friends. But I surround myself with so many good people that have good morals that I've become less sinful because there arn't as many temptations.

^ What you put in your mind and what your around does indeed influence you, very much.
One thing to think about though, is when you're tempted to do something wrong, imagine either Jesus standing in the room with you, or doing it in front of your parents. If you wouldn't do it in front of them, don't. But I really suggest just imagining standing before God in Heaven, with all your sin, knowing all the bad things you've done.. if you turn down the temptation, thats one less thing you have to be guilty about. smile

If you are truely sorry for the sin you have commited, God will know, he'll see it in your heart and he'll forgive you before you even ask for forgivness. Thankfully God is a very forgiving creator. Make an effort to stop sinning, God knows we as humans aren't perfect and will sin. I'm sure that disappoints him, but the harder you try, i think, the more he'll forgive.

If you ask God for forgiveness, no matter what is is you've done, if you TRULY mean you are sorry, he will forgive you.
