(My new Role-Play! Yeah! I hope this works!)
The Space Academy RP!
Earth is no longer the only place that humans inhabit. They have spread themselves out to the moon, to Mars, and space stations located in the general area around Earth.
Welcome to one of the most prestigous schools in the solar system. The Galactic Space Academy, a school speacily designed to train the space pilots of tomorrow. Many are accepted, but with the vigorous work required, many end up dropping out.
Suit up and climb aboard your own Bianca (space craft) and start your training today! And the best of luck to you, too!
(I think this sounds really fun! But, then again, I?m the one who made the Role-Play, so it must be at least appealing to me? Well, please enjoy it!)
Characters:
Name: Kenneth Hidaku
Age/Gender: 19/Male
Postion: Instructor
Appearance: Girls usually think that he's cute. He has meduim length, brown hair with long bangs that sometimes covers up his left eye. He's of average build, a little taller than average, and has fair colored, white skin. His eyes are large and light blue and his nose is thin and sharp.
Clothing: He wears the instructors uniform practically every single day. This uniform also doubles as his space suit, so he doesn't have to change constantly. It's a slightly darker shade of red that is well fitted to his body. The areas on his shoulder, ankles, knees, waist, chest, and wrists are white spotless white. He wears spotless white gloves and shoes, too. And just for the heck of wearing it, he wears a deep blue tie and black shades (same design as the sun visors you can buy on Gaia).
Other: Kenneth is one of the greatest students of the Galactic Space Academy. He set a lot of high records for freshmen students completing tasks on their first run. He graduated at sixteen, and was made an instructor. (And the youngest one, too!) He's social and likes to smile. But if you disturb him while he's in deep concentration, you better run away. Popular among the students, both male and female, and acts as some of the students' role model/ adversary. Goes around as Ken or Hidaku.
Name: Xiode (Don't feel like coming up with last name)
Age/Gender: 19/Male
Postion: Student
Appearance: Pale skin, icy blue eyes, tall, and muscular. He has a tall neon yellow mohawk with icy blue tips.
Clothing: He usually wears baggy cargo pants, black combat boots, tank tops, a shiny, silver, zip-up jacket, and silver mirrored shades. (Obviously he changes clothes everyday, so I'll write a more in-depth description when I post.)
Other: Xiode is a true rocker at heart. He can always be seen carrying his high-tech electric guitar. (It can be played without an amp.) Despite his aloof attitude and bad-a** appearance, he can be sensitive and artistic, as his girlfriend, Razza, would know. He also likes to smoke cigarets.
Name: Razza
Age/Gender: 18/F
Position: Student
Appearance: African American, has dark brown eyes, black hair in an afro or puffs, is medium hieght and full-figured. I guess you could say she's kinda chunky, but in a good way.^^
Clothing: Razza likes to wear pleather miniskirts and hoochie tops, pink pleather platform boots, huge pink sunglasses, and lots of jewelry.
Other: Xiode's girlfriend, she is sassy but sweet. She loves disco music, and listens to her over-sized headphones almost constantly.
Name: Kitala Liji
Age/Gender: 18/Female
Position: Student
Appearance: She’s pretty, but doesn’t think so herself because she’s slightly overweight. She has white-blonde hair that is wavy and goes a little past her shoulders, fair skin with a few freckles dotting her nose and cheeks, and dark green eyes. She’s slightly taller than average.
Clothing: She wears a skintight t-shirt and skirt that goes down to just above her knees. Both pieces of clothing are dull silver, as well as her short boots. The tightness of her clothing shows off her voluptuous figure, but again, she feels insecure about her weight, although most people can’t really tell.
Other: Kitala can be pretty nervous about, well, everything, and it’s normally not for a valid reason. She’s really doing quite well in her training to be a pilot, but always thinks she’s doing something wrong.
Name: Diana Leron
Age/Gender: 18/Female
Position: Student
Appearance: She’s a bit shorter than average, and not as naturally pretty as Kitala, but uses make-up to accent her face. Because of this and her vibrant personality, she’s noticed more often than Kitala. She has black hair that is thick, straight, and goes down to her shoulders, tanned skin, and hazel eyes. She’s slender and not as ‘curvy’ as Kitala.
Clothing: She wears a skintight t-shirt and skirt that goes halfway down her thighs. Both pieces of clothing are dull gold, as well as her knee-high boots.
Other: Diana and Kitala seem like opposites, in looks as well as personality, so most people are surprised to find they are best friends. Where Kiki (as Diana calls her) is slightly tall, curvaceous, and fair, Diana is slightly short, slender, and dark. Where Kiki is nervous and unsure, Diana is calm and confident. Diana tries her best to get Kiki to have more self-confidence, but it’s not an easy battle she fights.

Instructor Ken Hidaku walked down the quiet halls. Even though the students were having time off, very few actually worked on their Biancas. Ken punched in a code and the hanger retrieved his space craft.
"Ah, there you are. I'm going to adjust you a little today, nothing too extreme." He talked to his Bianca as if it were a regular person. "Okay, so I'm going to need to sit still and behave, like you move, anyways."
Ken climbed into the cockpit and turned on the system. It booted up and Ken began his alterations of his craft.

Xiode lounged on his bed in his dormroom. His electric guitar, the most precious thing he owned, was propped on his lap, and he was strumming it casually. He had on icy blue cargo pants and a bright yellow wifebeater that showed off his muscles. his silver metallic jacket was unzipped, and a matching silver belt hung loosely around his waist. The only things missing-his silver mirrored sunglasses and black combat boots-lay idly at the side of his bed.
Unexpectedly, the door to his room swung open, and in snuck a pretty African-American girl. Her voluminous black hair was separated into two afro-puffs with pink hair ties. Her long nails were also painted pink, the same shade as her pleather miniskirt and ridiculously-high platform boots. She also wore an orange hoochie top that hugged her curves, and two huge, pink plastic hoop earings dangled from her lobes. She looked at Xiode, smiled coyly, and blew a big, pink bubble with the bubble gum she was chewing.
"Razza!" Xiode exclaimed, always thrilled to see his girlfriend. "What are you doing here? You know the rule: No visitors of the opposite gender in dorm rooms without permission from an instructor!" he teased. He flashed her a curious smile. "Couldn't stay away, huh?"

(Is it okay if I assume there's a library? If there isn't one, I can change my post. whee )
"Diana, are you sure we're allowed to be here right now? No one else is!" Kitala whispered to her friend.
"Relax Kiki, we'll be fine. I just wanna see if they've got books other than the textbooks we always have to endure." Diana searched among the shelves, talking regularly instead of lowering her voice.
"But the librarian isn't even here! If someone comes, we'll get in trouble!" Kitala worried. "Besides, the textbooks aren't that bad..."
Diana rolled her eyes. "You didn't have to come Kiki, but you wanted to. And yes, they are when that's all you have to read. Because unlike you, I didn't bring a thousand books from home." Kitala blushed. "And anyway, if someone comes, you can charm them with your good looks."
The taller girl blushed. "Don't make fun, Diana. And what if the lady librarian comes, hmm?"
"Then we'll just have to hope some cute guy comes along and pities us and charms her." Diana grinned at her friend, and the two quietly giggled.

(That's fine. I mean really! What kind of school doesn't have a library or media center?)
Ken adjusted his systems for a while, humming to himself and talking casually to his Bianca. After a short while, he paused and climbed out to give his space craft a good look. "You know," he announced, "I think it's about time I gave you a name. We've been together for almost two years now, and I think it's appropriate."
He nodded happily to the craft. "But, hm... Let me think..." He pondered for a moment over it. "I'll go check out the library. I bet that in some of their year books, they must of had some pretty interesting named people at this school.
He set off to the library at a brisk pace. Ken arrived there in a short time and walked happily in. Was an instructor, which meant he got special privelages. As he scanned for the shelf holding all of the year books, he saw two girls standing there.
"Hey! Kitala and Diana! What are you two doing in here?" He raised a questioning eyebrow at the two. "You're good students, which makes it a little hard for me to get my head around that you both would be breaking rules..."
(I hope you don't mind that Ken knows your characters Neri! I just thought it might end up better for all of us if he did...)

(Hey, this rp reminds me of an anime I watched. I think it was called Titan A.E. Anyway, it was set in space in the future too, and all of their libraries had digital data retrieving systems, where all the information was stored on disks and computers instead of books. Maybe that would be more apporpriate for this roleplay, but since you guys already posted, it's fine with me how it is. Just a thought. ^^)
Razza shook her head. "Uh uh, baby. You know I'm crazy about you!" She moved over to the bed on which Xiode lay and bent over, placing her arms around his neck and kissing him playfully on the lips.
Xiode, although he was being kissed, couldn't help but smile in delight. He wrapped his arms around her ample waist, pulling her on top of him. In the process, his guitar was knocked to the side, and clattered onto the floor with a twang. But he didn't care. A beautiful woman was laying on top of him, kissing him passionately. His guitar would be fine.
Moving on from Xiode's lips and running a line of kisses down his neck, Razza could feel her heart beat faster. She closed her eyes, the warmth of her lover's body merging with her own.

(Yeah, it's good he knows them. 3nodding And I wish I had thought of the disc thing before... Maybe they wanna keep a good tradition? xp )
"Oh! M-mister Hidaku!" Kitala stuttered. "We were- we were just-"
"Ahem!" Diana elbowed her taller friend, making her silent. She turned to Ken. "We were just looking for more interesting books to read."
"Not that the textbooks aren't interesting!" Kitala interrupted.
"Yeah..." Diana glared at her friend out of the corner of her eye for interrupting her. "Anyways, we were just going to find some other books we like and leave a note for the librarian so she'd know." Diana smiled as she brushed some of her thick black hair away from her face. "We're not in trouble, are we?"
Kitala's forest green eyes glanced nervously between Ken and Diana.

(I forgot about the fact that data should be stored on computers and stuff! Oops...)
Ken acted like he was pondering thoughtfully. "Hm..." he mumbled in a voice higher than his own. "I think that I'll make the two of you polish all of the communcator lenses. They need to be cleaned..."
He then tried to keep a straight face, but couldn't. Ken started laughing. "No, I wouldn't make you do that. Just don't break the rules again. I like it here on this space station. I don't want to get kicked off for not being strict enough on the students. But that only means I'll give you a light punishment."
He paused for a moment. "As for your punishment, I'm want you to... run around this librbary seven times. Not too difficult and good training. Now go!"

Unexpectedly, in the midst of their heated romance, Xiode bolted upright. His eyes were wide open, and he looked as if he just realized something very important.
"What is it?" Razza asked, slightly ruffled and groggy.
"I just realized something very important!" Xiode proclaimed.
Razza was visibly annoyed. "Well would you mind telling me what it is so we can get back to what we were doing?"
Either because he didn't hear her or was too preoccupied to listen, Xiode jumped out of bed and headed for the door.
Now Razza was really aggravated. "Where do you think you're going, mister? You can't just up and leave like this!"
"To the library. I have to go to the library to check out this book for my report. It's due tomorrow and I haven't even started! I'm gonna flunk if I don't get it done!" he gave her an apologetic yet frantic look and disappeared from the room.
Razza just sat on the bed and crossed her arms, pouting. She rolled her eyes and sighed. That boy... She looked down to the floor where Xiode's guitar lay, and noticed a pair of black comando boots sitting next to it...empty. "Xiode, WAIT!!!" She hollered, grabbing the shoes and chasing him down the hall. "Your shoes!"

When Ken started laughing, Diana giggled too, but Kitala's eyes were wide. She had thought he was being serious. When he said they had to run around the library seven times, they were caught off-guard. But right when he said go, Kitala pulled Diana and they stared running. Like Ken had said, it wasn't too hard, and they were finished soon.
After catching their breaths, Kitala smiled gratefully at him. "Thank you for going easy on us, mister Hidaku!"
Diana inwardly rolled her eyes at her friend.

Ken smiled at Kitala. "Hey, hey. Don't get the wrong idea. It's the first time you guys broke the rules." He shrugged. "Honestly, I used to break them all the time. And me being punished all the time knows who much fun it is."

Huffing and puffing, Xiode came barreling into the library. He skidded to a stop, right as a heavy, black boot was launched through the door behind him and hit him sqaure in the head. "Ow! What the h*ll?" He put a hand to his head and looked behind him.
Razza was standing in the entrance with her hands on her hips, the other boot grasped firmly in one fist. "That was for walking out on me!" she said defiantly. "And this," she chucked the other boot at Xiode, which he caught begrudgingly, "is for ignoring me!'

Kitala's eyes widened. "You really used to break rules?"
Diana was about to say something to excuse herself and her friend, but Xiode burst in. She and Kiki turned to stare at the drama going on between Xiode and Razza.

Ken chuckled at Kitala's shock. "Are you kidding me? The office has a plaque for me up in the office stating that I was the most torublesome child."
"Hey you two!" Ken called calmly. "Let's not through things at each other anymore. Just to get that clear and out of the way." He paused. "Now, Xiode, what brings you here? I didn't expect someone like you to be interested in reading."
