Thats what these geniuses are telling me.
Ok, I am against abortion 100%. Its morally wrong to me. You all know this, I know this. However, if someone I knew had an abortion(and its happened) I wouldnt hate them. I'd be angry, probably for a long time, but I wouldn't hate them.
But now they're all "You are pro-choice political".
Nooooooo gonk . Just because I don't hate you doesnt mean I support it. Pro-choice political is when you support a womans choice, but wouldn't do it yourself. I don't support the choice. I hate the choice. Apparently this makes me hate women too. But oh well.
I don't get it. They demand they want respect, so when I try to be semi-respectful they twist my words around.

Its how they work here.
If you don't hate choicers and claim to be pro-life, then you'r eonly pro-life personly. Its like saying you can't tolerate somethign unless you except it. Wrong.

Wrong. It's just like when I told my friend I understand abortion in some cases, like incest and rape. I meant that I understand the reasons for it, but it doesnt mean it's okay by me. But my friend took it like that, and asked me how I can say I'm 100% Pro-Life and say that... *sigh* Tolerance is underappreciated.

Some people are so stupid. They'll think and say anything just so they can end up right in the end.
"Oh, so you don't hate me? That means you like my decisions!" Um. No. That just means I consider you to be one of the people who isn't wasting oxygen on this planet.
Like homosexuality. I'm not really for the lifestyle. I don't consider myself to support it. But you'd better believe I have friends who do and are homosexuals (and the more I say homosexual, the more the word sounds less politically correct- see what our country is doing to this debate??) themselves. I like those people very much; I just don't support them in the way they choose to live their lives.

Wow. If I hated all pro-choicers I would have had maybe three friends in my entire life and still be a virgin.
Not that I hate pro-lifers, they're just very difficult to find. I only meet them online. sad

I'm against abortions expect for life or death situations but that doesn't mean i'm going to hate people either. To them they see nothing wrong, while I see it as murder basically but there's nothing I can do about that. Just because you don't hate someone doesn't mean you have to argee with them or support everything they support.

It frustrates me as well as pains me when others assume this...that basically because I am not in agreement 100% with a decision such as to have an abortion that I hate those that do it.

My late fiance was pro-choice. He wasn't all militant about it, though, I think I would have had a problem with that. He just didn't give a s**t about people in general... xp

And this is one of the many reasons I don't understand people in general.
I have many friends/family who are pro-choice; but just because I love them as people doesn't mean I agree with their choices or opinions. When it comes to their opinion on abortion all it means is I respect their obvious ability to think for themselves and come to their own choices, whether or not I agree with it.

But I won't bring up Bush merely to bash him. Just to say that I have worse feelings about him than any pro-choicer I know, and I'm still fully and completely pro-life.

Oh, and just to say that I've never hated any pro-choicer I've met. I don't really have the energy to hate people on the level that they seem to.
Hate seems so... unnecessary to me.

I hate that kind of logic. It's "You don't hate me. That means you agree wtih me. And "You don't agree with the way I live so that means you hate me! And other people like me!" I've recently lost two friends, and I think partly its because of the lattter one. *_*
