All characters are required to have a journal, I suggest reserving posts as soon as you get it because the shop will post things inside them. Such as events and letters directly to that character. However, you're not required to update it or keep it or anything... It just has to be there.
Journals will do the following things
First post- Hold the certed image and a link to the main thread.
Second post- Official Stats and inventory
The rest is up to you.
