Katana -- a slender sword originating from the orient. It has a curved, single-edged blade often honed to a razor point for slicing and cutting. While it is popular for use as an instrument to slice through overgrowth, it can likewise be a deadly weapon.
Scimiter -- a curved oriental sword with its edge on the convex side of the blade. Unlike most swords that taper at the tip, this one broadens from the hilt to the tip, much like an axe blade.

Axes The Bamf -- the axe you REALLY have to know how to use, otherwise you could end up severing not only your opponent's limbs, but your own! Named for the noise it makes when embedding itself in the ice (or in a skull), this weapon is primarily used by those who live in arctic climates as it doubles both as an axe and an ice pick. This axe is not for you if you have no upperarm strength, are inept, or are accident prone. Inevitably every time it's used it WILL hit something.
Hafted Axe -- a modified woodsman's axe. A heavy axe with a wide, thin blade that in it of itself is very light. It can be swung at high speeds with right expertise.
Tomahawk -- a type of hatchet with a straight haft. Can be thrown or used hand-to-hand and can be crafted from either stone or metal.
Labrys -- a type of double-headed axe. Sometimes used to symbolise a matriarch or female power.
Francisca -- a heavy-edged throwing axe with an s-curved head. Reduced accuracy because of its weight and lack of balance. Typically uses a wooden haft. Often it bounces when hitting the ground.
Broadaxe -- an axe with a beveled side, intended to make a flat surface. It typically is made with a curved handle to avoid scraping the knuckles.
Doloire -- an axe with both domestic and wartime purposes. Its blade is tear drop or triangularly shaped with a sharp front and rounded edges. Sometimes decorated with punched floral patterns.
Ice axe -- a tool usually used by mountaineers. It consists of the pick and the adze (or flat side) and of course its bottom spike.
Long-bearded Axe - another axe that's both a tool and a weapon. Provides a large cutting area but low overall weight. Good for woodsmen.
Ono -- the axe made specifically for knocking people off their mounts and smashing through castle gates. A really good pillaging axe for those of you with visions of burning villages keeping you warm and fuzzy all night.
Nzappa Zap -- a hatchet-like weapon with a handle like a club. Can be thrown for short distances or used for hand-to-hand. The blade is mounted to the haft via looping prongs.

Whips Rawhide Whip -- Used moreso for herding livestock and coaching horses than in battle. This is a basic model whip. Sturdy, rough, but unable to do much damage upon impact.
Leather Whip -- A main choice for a disciplinary whip to be used on servants or prisoners. When well-oiled, its lash leaves quite a stinging mark upon the flesh of its target.
Pronged Lash -- A leather whip which has been dangerously-modified so that its lash is studded with tiny steel spikes.
Strangle Lash -- A whip whose lash is made from from the fibers of a constricting vine. Upon wrapping itself around a target, this whip constricts tightly, disabling movement and, in some cases, suffocating the target.
Ice Whip -- A whip that has been enchanted with ice magic. Upon contact with weapons and shields, its touch freezes them and makes them extremely brittle. Contact with the flesh can cause hypothermia.
Flame Whip-- A whip that has been enchanted with a fiery aura. When wrapped around a target, it eminates extreme amounts of heat, causing painful burning and sometimes melting lower-class weapons and armor. This whip makes a good hunting aid as well, as it not only catches prey, but cooks it all in one go.
Poisoned Lash -- This whip's lash has been soaked in a disabling venom, causing it to infect any wounds that it inflicts or comes in contact with. The poison used on this lash varies based on its user, but disabling substances such as Wraith's Touch and Mortis Dust are favored over deadly toxins.

Scythes Farm Scythe -- a steel-headed scythe with a long wooden handle. It is moreso industrial than used for battle, and its blade is kept to a razor edge to reap the crops. It is a wonderful tool for self defense in a pinch, though.
Mercenary Scythe -- Forged entirely of steel with a smaller blade and shorter handle to make for easier transport. These scythes are carried by mercenaries and assassins to bring silent and swift death to their targets.
Raven Reaper -- This scythe has been constructed from iron with distinctly-gothic ornaments and structure in mind. The entire weapon has then been varnished until completely black and enchanted with a hex which is placed upon whomever it strikes and lowers their accuracy and dexerity.
Hand Scythes -- Sold in pairs and weilded in either hand. These miniature scythes are excellent for hand-to-hand combat and provide a versatile weapon capable of blocking, slicing, and jabbing.
Chained Scythe -- a scythe with a shortened handle and a chain welded directly into its base which attaches to its weilder's upper arm via a strong cuff. While it makes weapon retrieval extremely easy, and being disarmed nearly impossible, it can also be a handicap in battle as the weilder is, quite effectively, chained to their weapon.
Reaper's Spectre -- A very rare weapon, said to be one of the scythes once handled by the Grim Reaper himself. It radiates black magic, binding to its weilder upon being picked up for the first time. It is rumored to lend great strength on the battlefield, cutting down one's enemies like stalks of wheat, but its holder always seems to meet an untimely end somehow, leaving the scythe to find a new pair of hands...

Paladin's Lance -- a holy lance enchanted with white magic that negates any black magic upon contact with target. This lance is especially effective against the undead and cursed.
Dragon's Lance -- a sturdy iron lance, its tip forged in the visage of a dragon's head. Enchanted with fire magic, this lance continually burns with an aura of flame that burns all it touches save the weilder.
Poleaxe -- A wooden shaft that has been topped with an axe blade and a long spike, doubling both as a spearing weapon and a slicing/chopping weapon with great reach

Flails Iron Flail -- a basic flail with a wooden hilt connecting an iron chain to a heavy spiked sphere. This weapon is extremely hard to block or stop since it is able to reach around shields and over other weapons, doing significant damage when it connects.
Golden Flail -- a miniature version of a normal flail, sometimes carried by women in self-defense and worn as jewelry or used as a tool in duels. It has no hilt and instead has only a very long chain.
Flaming Flail -- The sphere of this flail has been coated in a solution that will allow it to burn for up to an hour after being lit, making it all the more damaging in battle.
Mage's Flail -- Instead of a spiked sphere, this flail sports an orb at its tip. When used by a properly-trained mage, the orb is able to summon a painful arcane blast upon impact with target.
Harpy Flail -- Rather than a spiked ball at its tip, this flail sports a set of claws and has been designed not just to club things, but to imbed itself into a target and tear off pieces when pulled away.

Tonfa- Basic Tonfa -- Formerly the handle of a millstone, it has been polished and sanded to better-suit as a weapon. It is about twenty inches long, with a gripping handle and a small length of rope knotted into it which can be used to attach it to the weilder's arm to prevent disarmment.
Bladed Tonfa -- This Tonfa has been sharpened on its outside edge to give it deadly striking power.
Juggernaut Tonfa -- This Tonfa has had an inertia enchantment placed on it, allowing its weilder to amplify their blows with destructive force. It is not recommended that Juggernaut Tonfas be used in pairs

Gunsen -- folding fans used by the average warriors to cool themselves off. They are made of bronze, tin, or a similar metal for the inner spokes, and often use iron for the outer spokes, making them lightweight but strong.
Saihai -- a tasselled signalling fan, used to flag down a comerade or to give signals to nearby troops about the enemy's current movement.
Tessen -- a folding fan with spokes of iron, designed to look like a normal harmless fan from the outside. Warriors sometimes take these places where swords are not allowed. It can be used for fending off arrows and darts, as a throwing weapon, or even as an aid in swimming like hand-flippers.
