I found a few free podcasts which cool there 100%, and the way i know is i used gift cards on itunes and i ran that out a while ago. They got a few the one i like is Japanesepod101.com its a bit out of order and a some of the starting lessons are gone. the part i like its just audio cause i dont have a Video IPod
