so ryans mom is trying to get him out of school because he's making bad grades(57-80 and only failing 2 grades and it's not even the finial marking period yet) and making him move with her boyfriend's house and get a job and not finish high school. this is s**t...i'm telling my conselor tommorow..i'm going to hang out with him today and i'm going to tell my mom and dad and erich and anyone i can to get help..what should we do?

If he's failing, the solution is not to take him out of school completely, it's to get him extra help before or after school.
Maybe there's a reason he's failing.

Maybe there's a reason he's failing. exactly but his mom won't listen. i suggested to her to get him a tutor, to take the course with summer school if he fails it completly and she's like he won't go to summer shcool he won't ride the bus and ...what do i do? she won't listen?

If he's failing, how the hell is taking him out of school going to help? He'll just do worse! You can get a better job on a high school education than on nothing! Sure, just a high school education isn't the best, but it's way better than nothing! I don't know what you can do, I just know that's really really stupid of his mom!

sounds to me like a selfish mom issue. i think it's probably illiegal for her to just take him out of high school... and if he's 18, she definately has no say. i say destroy mommy. besides, if it's all just for her boyfriend, well then ******** her! my guess is that it won't last anyways. but then, i have a big hate puke for moms' boyfriends, seeing as how i was molested by one for 8 years. screw the whore, take it to court!...
actually, that was a bit of a rant. i think that if he really wants to stay in school, he will fight for it, and outside help will just frustrate and confuse him. support=good, help=get out of my business. if it's gonna be frustrating for him, too much help could lose you a friend.

i'm mad..ryan told me his mom told him that her and her boyfriend were lying when they told him that and me so he could work harder in school......i hate her and i was about to tell the counselor on her and get her in some deep s**t..god i want to slap her.

One more thing I just realized I didn't mention before... you said his marks are between 57 and 80. They could be worse! An 80 is a pretty good mark, if you ask me! And I know a lot of kids whose marks are far below 57. Last year my mark in Career and Life Management was a 26!

i diont know what your mark scores mean we do letter grades out here
anways dropping out of high skool i recomend that you do not drop out why because a high skool grad paper means that you toughend through it......and places liek to see taht
however if you gusy are sick of high skool and your jr or sr and your not going to make the grades to pass ******** skool go get your GED this is only if you are not going to get the grades needed ....sveral of my friends got there GEDS and it was easy as cake.......they woulda still had to go to skool a year more and now they are in college heh
