Introduction
There was a city Named Arith. This city was land of the vampires, aswell as humans. Where vampires are the root, and humans just a cover. Vampires truly run this city. Most high positions of this city are held by vampires. Often there are fights between vampires over the supply of human. This city is considered vampire haven, for it was naturally covered by clouds making it dark enough for vampires to roam during day

Locations
When posting your first post, after your application has been accepted . Specify which area you are in. And if you would like to travel later on, and leave the area, specify your new location in the next post
East Side - East side is where all of the wealthy people live. Most everyone wealthyis related to the vampires, whether they be a vampire or they are allies with them, so most the time there is no faking to be needed to roam east side. It has one bar. And a few local stores. It's houses are victorian, and it's still has it's look of old times. there is one large house in the middle. That is where the Mayor lives. He(ofcourse) is a vampire.
West Side - Directly opposite of West Side, where all the vampires live, there is the human residency's, often vampaires roam here during night, looking for someone they can feed on
South Side - This is the main city, with all the commercial areas are. There are lots of bars, and lots of hotels. Local stores. Usually vampires ony come here for shopping, because its so busy, no vampire risks feeding here. To afraid to get caught
North Side - This is where the local goverment buildings are. Where the govener, and major meet. There is also a building for civilized vampire meets, if there be a crime where a vampire kills another vampire, this is where they deal with it.(for killing your own kind when yo uare a vmapire is a bad thing to say the least) And other various courts houses for humans.
Central - This is where alot of street fights acure. vmapires(since they can't kill there own kind) often have legalized fights in special houses here. This would be considered your everyday ghetto. Alot of vampires roam here to feed on the homeless. There are also houses where underground vampire meetings are held. Issues such as a human knowing of there presence in the town will be resolved here.(most the time resolved by death of a hired assasin). Most every vampire comes here one time or another.A large clock tower sits in the middle of central side.
We still need a mayor. (he/she is a vampire)

Rules

2) Keep OOC to a minimum, but if you must use [[ ]] as a symbol of OOC
3) No one liners. I'd perfer 4 sentences or more, but if you can't write that much over a subject it's understandable.
4)NO bumping
5)No getting off subject (spamming)
6)Must post location in your first intro post.
7)Fighting is allowed but you must ask permission so that I can keep an eye on it but NO killing of actual characters unless the person wants to die. Then they must tell me they want to die. You can make-up an NPC if you need to feed

Appearance: Unfortunately, there are no pictures since he is totally original. I will try to get one of him soon, considering it is needed. For a description, he is just under 2m tall with an untidy frock of dark brown hair. His eyes are brown but they look as if his pupils are liquid that is spreading unevenly. He wears dark blue clothes more often than not and always short sleeve and long pants.
Personality: Skeksys is a quiet loner who is very easy to anger. His honour often gets in the way of his jobs though, he will not kill women or children and will not kill without cause.
Bio: Skeksys as he is known by all is a mysterious and dark character feared by both sides. His scimitars are silver bladed even though they were a gift from a vampire after a 'special' job. He is accepted by neither side due to his prejudice against others of any race. He has been asked why he accepts jobs to kill his own kind and all he says is "I DOn't Discrimanate"

Reina wondered the streets of east side. Her boots made a clicking sound against the brick sidewalk. She had no destination, she was just wondering around, looking for fun. Her sword swayed side to side ,and she often flip her hair out of her face. Reina took a sharp left and went down a small dark ally. There at the end of the ally was a door. She walked in. Once inside loud noises killed the silence of outside. Vampires were laughing and fighting. All of them, or at least most of them were drunk. She took a seat at the bar. "Hey you. Bartender" the bartender walked up and smirkeed "what ya need young lady" Reina smiled back. she grabbed his neck and sqeeuzed it "I ain't not young lady. So don't call me that." she let go and put her elbows on the counter. "get me some ale, and a water" As the bartender walked away, she went through her pockets looking for something. She finally pulled out a peice of parchment. She began writing.

Skeksys looked over at what the girl was writing, not letting his hood fall back off his head. He stared through it, not able to focus on anything that was on the page. He must have been tired, he decided, looking forward again. It had not been a particularly hard day but hiding himself as was necessary was a tough job. Now he was sitting in a bar filled with vampires and next to a girl who obviously didn't like being messed with. He knew she was a vampire but wondered whether she was like any of the others. After a moment of thought, he turned to her, still hiding his face. "Do you need anyone taken out?" He asked, seemingly at random. He needed a job, his blood was calling for one. "Human or Vampire, I don't care." This last phrase was said quietly so no one else could hear.

Reina looked at skeksys. She seemed a bit amused at his attitude. "Maybe this whole damn town..." she giggled a little. "So why is a human like youself in a bar where many vampires coud just kill you right away...obviously you are an assasin. But even an assasin should be scared in such a scary place" She went quite, and looked away. Then back at him. "Names Reina. Yours?"
She looked at the bartender. And reached her glass infront of him. "Get me anohter.." The Bartender took the glass and walked off.
Reina looked back at the man, waiting fr a responce

"They won't kill me." Skeksys said confidently, he knew that there were at least three people in the bar that were watching him, waiting for a wrong move. "Not unless I start something. Word spreads when a renowned assassin enters a room."
"I am known as Skeksys, although my name is Michael." He said, his face in a half smile. He had been thinking about her comment about this place being scary and now he replied. "This place is scary, although I am not one to be easily scared. I wouldn't even be alive if I was easy to scare." He explained.
"What's your story?" He asked, curious about this vampire who seemed totally fine with him. A thought crossed his mind, had she never heard of him? It sounded unlikely but possible.

Reina smiled and mumbled "as long as you know the dangers, no harm will come" She raised her head and looked over at the bartender who handed her, her drink, then back at Skeksys "Renowned....I've never heard of you, but I suppose I don't get out much" She drank a few sips out of her cup. And looked foward, "I do odd jobs. Sometimes people want me to kill, others want me to protect, anything to keep me living well." She looked over at him. She was quite for a few moments then said quitely"Whats your count?...that is, count of how many you've killed"

Skeksys nodded to her replies. It was good to be able to talk to someone again.
"It's possible that you have not heard of me because you are a vampiric assassin slash hitwoman. Few people who can do their own killings know about me. Also, I am known as a dangerous secret since I kill both races." He explained, knowing that it was more than likely the truth. Those that had hired him had always heard of him in connection with one of his other jobs once they spoke of their own to an ex-client of his. Although the vampires did not know him by name, when he entered anywhere where there were ex-clients of his, he was always watched and given a wide berth.
"My count is high, too high for me to even remember. Vampires I count carefully, I have been assigned six vampires in my time, all requests by vampires. Humans are numerous, probably upwards of about three hundred and fifty. Those were missions from both side." He finished before looking at her.
"Your count is?" He asked, slightly curious despite himself.
