I would say Buu wins, as I don't think Hulk is resistant to transmutation.

I suppose Hulk could eat Boo a la the Ultimate series. Hulk was able to eat a Skrull in there...
So I imagine 616 Hulk could eat Boo. But then he'd have to pass him later...
'sides, Fat Boo would eat/assimilate Hulk asap.
As far as the transmutation goes;
Hulk is resistant to mind control, so I think it's plausable that Hulk as a piece of candy would maintain his sense of self just as Vejito/Vejirotto did.
Fat Boo takes it because of his malleability and "If you can't beat 'em, eat 'em" Kirby-esque mentality.

Although if this was one of the uber versions of Hulk (Devil Hulk, Guilt Hulk, War Hulk, Captain Universe Hulk, etc.) I could see him winning.

Of course if this is the super buu vertion..he coukd just absorbed Hulk.

Goku's strength is almost 40 tons. Buu can hang. I don't think Hulk has 40 tons of power.

Hulk once lifted 150 billion tons, and that was in one of his weaker forms.

DasUberGuy Hulk once lifted 150 billion tons, and that was in one of his weaker forms. Ok nevermind. eek But, Buu can fly. And Buu's ki blasts have the power to destroy small planets. If he flew into the atmosphere and just started systematically firing in the general direction of Hulk he could destroy Hulk and probably the Earth eventually.

Hulk has survived planet destroying force before. He's even been known to dish it out on occasion.

doe the hulk need to breath? if buu destroyed the planet wouldnt the hulk just die from oxygen depravation?
