I love music, musics my whole life, it always will be and im pretty sure it always has been. I'm into all kinds of music and can listen to nearly anything but my heart resides in that darker region of the music idustry enveloping acts such as the Deftones, KoRn, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Trapt, Breaking Benjamin, Limp-B, LP and the list goes on and on and on, seriousley its a huge list.
Aside from listening to tunes, im a muso. I play guitar mostly my my list of activities is almost as long as the list i formentioned. Im a drummer, singer, songwriter, composer, freestyler, sequencer (beats)... hell i could even tech a standard band at the mo, even produce a little.
So where do you lot reside musically?

Music is a really important part of my life. Some songs I've heard have literally forced me to come to terms with myself. I like making up random little tunes, though I'm crap at writing decent lyrics. I love to sing, any time of the day or night. (Seriously.. ANY time of the day OR night. << >> -whistle- [Damn, there I go again.])
Recently, I've been playing with computerized music, and ohmanisitcool. I want a computer music program now. D: <3
Um, um. I've tried a lot of music instruments and stuff, and I was actually pretty good at most of them, but they're awkward and take too much time to get out and put together. D: Singing works. <33

I don't and probably never will play an instrument/sing/do anything like that. The closest I'd ever gotten to playing something is that I can play one Zelda song (very badly, I might add) on a piano.
However, I very much enjoy listening to music. I don't like to classify music into genres, but genres I really hate are 'ghetto' rap, country, and that new kind of 'emo' music (you know, the whiny guy voices accompanied by horrid and suicidal lyrics). v.v
I mean, I do enjoy some rap (some Linkin Park songs for instance), but other than that.. is just.. yuck to me.
My musical tastes vary, from The Chordettes to Skinny Puppy and ohGr to ACDC.

Muso?
I've tried a lot of musical stuff, piano and drums.
But I've stopped both because I found it to be too formal. I just have a natural rthym in my soul that I can blast out in percussion with a bongo, or an old hand drum because I like the feel of the canvas slamming against the skin on my hand and the lovely, powerful and assertive noise it makes as it travels through the air.
My taste for music are both broad and narrow.
I like very few rap songs.
I love rock.
I hate pop.
I like techno (Daft Punk).
I like alternative.
Otherwise, my music tastes go from Roger Moore and the Clancy Brothers, to Gorillaz and Nirvana.

Ah. I see. Well, as far as music goes, I don't keep track of the artists I listen to, or the song names half the time. sweatdrop Though I -do- like to play the Keyboard, even though I havn't taken any actual lessons. I just listen to what I do and improve on it as I go. Eventually I get an allright sounding song to come out.

ZOMGSPARKLES! Haha, no, I wouldn't say so. XD I find bands quite randomly, whether they're known or not doesn't matter to me, but it seems a lot of the bands I love no one's really heard of. But, oh well. x3 They're all awesome (in my opinion).
And I can't believe I didn't put ACDC, Cinderella, and other old rock bands in my list.. but I don't have any music from them currently. gonk -will get some-

I have been a music lover since i had about 10 years, grandpa taked me to beethoven, mozart and others concerts, so i love classical music, but my all time favorite is Fredyrick Chopin, composer who lived on about 1890, a very passionate solist. I saw his biography movie, encarnated by Hugh Grant... Amazing movie.
I also love many kinds of progressive music. Progressive trance (Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto, etc), Progressive Rock (Pink Floyd, Dream Theater), Trip hop(B-jork, Massive attack), Psycodellyc Rock (Gong) and so on(Steve Vai, Eric Jhonson, Allan Holdsworth)..
I like Jazz, New age (2002, George Winston, Alex Degrassi, Secret Garden), Lounge Music, and some other genres
I hate anything pop-related, hate comercial bands. Alternative Rock has some good ones though (coldplay, Dave Mathew's, Stained, Nirvana, Radiohead)
Things like Marilyn Mason, Korn, etc are child things to me.
I play Keyboard an guitar, I love barroque guitar music. Is one of the most amazing things you can play on a guitar.

I'm a musician, and love music to little bits. I want to go into musical theatre when I'm older. And then the world will never get shot of me. whee
Yeah, I sing, play piano and cello, would love to be able to say I can play violin and viola (but sadly I can't do much more than play a couple of impressively squeaky notes) and play four types of recorder (the recorder is largely irrelevant, but there we go).
I also like listening to music. I'll listen to anything with a decent tune, from pop, to rock, to classical. I don't really have favourite bands - I prefer to listen to particular songs I love, but I'm prepared to say you guys have great taste. blaugh
