This is something we all do at least sometime in our life.

Nocturnal Emisions as some people try to claim is "politically correct".
Dreams are suppose to be the subconscious dealing with the conscious world. So suppressed sexual desires manifest as "wet dreams". It's extremely annoying. And yes, some girls can have wet dreams, but it's a lot rarer. It's possible for a guy to not masturbate and not have wet dreams, but it involves not exposing yourself to any sexual stimulation.
