Welcome to Gaia! ::

~ Due to a rather random conversation I had with 'pandadragonmaster', I decided to raise the gold and create this awesome guild! Hopefully it will blossom into a thriving one!

But, like all things, it has a beginning, and this is it. For this guild anyway. And I have no previous experience as a guild Captain, so I could use help from anybody willing to give it!

So.... I guess I better make some rules, huh?

Rule #1: Stick to the TOS and RAG rules!!! (Basically, don't do any stuff that is illegal in Gaia!)
[Failure to do this will force me to, sadly, ban you, because if I don't the whole guild might be deleted! All this, I'm sure you know. So don't break any rules. Thanks.]

Rule #2: Be nice! I don't know how many times I've gone into a forum and watched people get insulted/flamed.
[Well, I really really REALLY don't like people insulting me in real life, and I really really REALLY don't want people insuling each other in my guild! Take it outside my guild children! scream ]

Rule #3: I ask for your patience!
[As I said, I'm kind of new at this whole managing a guild thing, so I only ask that you guys be nice to me... I'll get it soon enough... if you have any advice I'm very willing to take it! And since this guild is under construction still, I'm gonna keep improving on it. Patience!]

~ Rules may be added or changed during the course of time. However We do ask that you act like the civilized people we know you are. And just act how you think we would be proper.

ATTENTION.
If you reqest to become a crew member, I will give you a week's trial period that you must prove to be an ACTIVE member, and be helpful! So, if you just wanted to be promoted and not do work, you WILL be demoted by the end of the week!

I'm sorry to be so harsh, but as you can see I've got a lot of crew members right now, and it doesn't really make sense to have all of these people monitering... and nobody to moniter!

If you want to be promoted so you can refer people in the referral contest, I will be happy, no, more than happy, to promote you, but I must demote you again at the end of the month when the prize (which SHALL be spiffy) will be given out. Thank you all!
