This forum is a general are for any and all GLA rpgs. General polite behavior and ethnic conduct is expected of all people who rp here. Acceptence is everything here. Any offenders of the rpgs rules will be banned from the Role Play Haven and/or from the guild (depending on your offense).
There are two sets of 'rules' for this forum. The first set is general rules of conduct and the other is how to use the forum. Please note that these rules can change as people use the forum. I may have to add or remove rules. If this happens I'll post a notice in the announcment thread in the main forum and as an extension on the title of this thread. All changes will be noted in a colour other than dark red so you can find them easily. Please read and follow all rules, and have fun. ^^
General Rules:
1. Like allways, follow the TOS, GGN, and keep things pg-13.
2. NO Godmoding (pm me if you don't know what this is).
3. No flaming
4. This is an rpg forum so please do not just chat.
5. Please use more than 3 sentances per post; some exceptions do aply. This helps to keep the rpgs from going too fast.
6. If two people are on at the same time and are being fairly active, I recomend leaving a summary of events before you get off (this pertains whenever two people make 3+ pages of story).
7. Use a story format for your posts and it's helpfull to follow this genral code for posting (ie. text one colour, thoughts italic, and speach another colour):
Sara walked into her house, I'm back. She anounced. Sara put her bag down on the floor and shivered, Brr. It's cold in here. She thought as she turned on the heater.
8. Read all posts/summaries and follow the storyline given by the creator.
9. Limit your use of emoticons.
10. Please post in the normal size font rather than small. I ask this because there are some people that have trouble reading smaller fonts.
How to use the forum:
The general idea here is to creat a character that you can use in any rpg created here in the forum. I will allow two characters (perhaps more as the forum grows) to each user. The idea behind this is that you can have a male and female character, or a ghost and nonghost, so on and so forth. I will have a thread where you can post your characters stats and short bios. I will use the thread for original characters. If you want to play one of the original manga characters in an rpg, stats do not need to be posted unless the creator of the rpg requests such.
Anyone can create an rpg as long as you stick to the General Rules. Any type of rpg is allowed though would like to see them centered around the theme of Ghosts/EQ or spiritual/pshycic events. How the rpg will be run is entirely up to you.
I will have a class thread posted as well as a character thread. The class thread is meant to give you and idea of the types of characters you can play. I will add classes as people creat characters, so feel free to create a type of character that is not classified on the list. Though, I do strongly recomend you look at the list to get an idea of what makes a non-Godmode character.
I think that about covers it. If there are any questions, clarifications, or anything else pertaining to the rules, please feel free to post here.
