With the cursed sword hidden and the spirit sword in hand, SIegfried set out for the forest were he hid nine years ago to regain his sanity anfter killing his father. While he was there, he noticed a large concentration of monsters within the forest and decided that it would be best to leave immediatly. But it was late and the sun would be setting soon and Siegfried knew that he would have to leave at first light the next day for in this forest he could never quite be certain what layed beyond his vision.


The next morning Siegfried awoke with a sudden jolt for he had heard the rustling of the leaves. "who's there?" he called out as he reached for soul caliber. It's been a long time since i've heard that voice" said a man with a scythe. the man had rust-orange hair and had a look in his eye that showed that he had seen death of those he called friends and had killed his enimies. "do you even recognize me?" asked the man. "you, you seem familiar... its as i know you yet i cant remember your name," Siegfried replied. "this might jog your memory, shwartz wind."
(!) "Ross..."

"Seems like you finnally remeber me old friend. One of the scouts spotted you and your description interested me. when i came i learned it was an old friend of mine, how fortunate. anyway, i've heard what has happened and the Shwartz Wind have been doing their share to aid you," said Ross, "see". Ross pull out 6 fragments of Soul Edge from his pocket.
"Where did you find those?"
"They werent easy, but lets leave; the Swartz Wind have made many enimies that lurk within this forest." said Ross as he ushered Siegfried forward. Siegfried gathered his belongings and headed out for his old gang's hideout with his former second in command and current leader, Ross. Thus began Siegfried's second day on his quest to destroy the cursed sword.
