Located just down the hall from the Senior Weyrwoman's weyr is Eldawen's and Sanrith's weyr.

Having lived in this weyr for over a year, Eldawen has taken great pains to decorate it to be warm and comfortable. Her table and chairs are made of fine wood, carefully crafted with small carvings of dragons, trees, flowers, and other scenes of nature. The chairs have forest green cushions made of some of Pern's softest fabrics.

Her shelves, too, are of wood and carved with various scenes. On the shelves lay anything from records and hides, to numbweed, to an old lap harp that she played as a child. Her wherhide gloves and helmet also reside on these shelves.

Her bed is covered in soft, lavish pillows ranging anywhere from green, to gold, to purple, or to blue, and is stacked with soft furs from a variety of animals. On her windows she has curtains of pale gold and pale gray. Fine tapestries hang from the walls, depicting famous dragons and dragonriders. Fresh flowers are brought into the weyr every other day, and the weyr continuously smells of either cinammon or roses.

Outside, Sanrith's couch is kept clean and dry. Her walls are decorated with drawings that El asked some of the Weyr's residences to do. Overall, it is bright and colorful.

Name: Eldawen

Gender: Female

Age: 18

Appearance: Eldawen stands at about 5' 8" and is of a medium build. Her blonde hair begins as dirty blonde at the top of her head and gradually fades to a light golden color as it reaches the end. It frames her lightly colored face before falling just below her shoulder blades. Her eyes are of a gray-green and show every emotion that she feels. She is a pleasant person to look at, not being too sharp or too blurry.

Personality: Eldawen is a pretty laid back person, though no one could call her lazy. She has a tendency to work, and do nothing but. People have to force her to stop working. She's the kind of person that will do anything to help another. But despite all this, she has a temper, especially when it comes to people who don't do their share of the work.

History: Eldawen was the oldest daughter of runner beast trainers. During the year, she and her younger sister would live with her mother's sister who was married to a small holder under Fort Hold. When El was 10, her parents were killed in a fire. She and her sister were officially adopted by their aunt and uncle. When El was 15, her younger sister died of disease. In an attempt to pull her out of depression, her aunt and uncle tried to arrange a marriage for her when she was 16. Luckily, just days before the wedding, Eldawen was discovered on Search and brought to the Weyr where she Impressed Sanrith.

Dragon's Name: Sanrith

Dragon's Description: Sanrith measure in at the longer end of the gold spectrum, though she doesn't appear it. Unlike most queens, Sanrith is of a lighter, slightly slimer build. Her hide is a uniform antiquated gold.

Dragon's Personality: Sanrith is a laid back queen. She enjoys the company of other dragons, but also likes some time to herself. She enjoys watching the weyrling dragons and offering them praise and encouragement. The major problem that she has, though, is that she gets very possessive of bronze dragons right before she is about to rise.

El has discovered romantic feelings for her childhood friend and fellow dragonrider, Zane. She plans on allowing Zane to move into her weyr once they return from their visit to Sun Valley Hold.
