I can't post. I don't have anything to post about! It's really one sentence of convo. and two of actions. And I'm not bashing I just....can't respond on so wee a bit of info. I'm not leaving I just can't do anything right now until I've got more to go on.

I second Simi, the post quality is failing. I also feel that Jean and Logan are drifting a little OOC in their romance. I'd like to work with someone in a subplot to get everyone else involved and working together, from there we can surely have longer more in-depth posts, and an interesting plot that doesn't revolve around just one or two people.
We're a cast here, chosen by the GM to bring a situation to life through words, and so far we are failing.

I agree, we need something to happen, something to spice up the roleplay. I don't think we are failing, we are just in a little slump. Every great roleplay can have a slump every now and again. I do have to blame myself for it.
I think what the roleplay needs is a Magneto.
And this is a perfect time to try to recruit one, being as A LOT of people went to see X3 over the weekend (It made a weekend gross of $122,861,157-- Almost as much as X-Men one made all together..)
Basically, we just need to get the Roleplay rollin'
So does anyone have any ideas on the plot?
Wait Wait Wait!
How about.. we start heading towards X-Men three. As, what we have already RolePlayed was based in between X2 and X3, and now we are on our way into going into the X3 Plot.. EXCEPT.. We can make it our own. Change a lot, yet still have one guideline:
The Government has made a cure for the Mutant X-gene.

We can do that, actualy that's a rather good idea. It would also be easy having Alison and Jean, the pair being exposed to the same testing, just on different ends. I sort of figured their minds would still be faintly linked after the torturing event that occured.
We could use a few more players as well. Like a literate Scott, we need personality clash, so far everyone seems to be hunky dory friends. One of the things that makes X-Men great is how half of them want to kill eachother.
Magneto and Mystique are good, but they won't cause friction without members like Scott, and we should also get the second generation children in as well. I'm sure Kitty and Matt are getting a little bored snuggled up in bed together.
And we all know what happens when bored kids snuggle up together x.x

Yes, that is a good idea. First, I think I will need to cast some people in, like a literate Scott, Magneto, and Mystique. Rogue needs to start posting also. I know Rogue had a problem with Kitty in the third one.. So..
Second Generation as in Originals? I guess that would be okay. I first want all of the X-Men to get cast before we add in some originals.
I can ask the Professer to post as if he was just hearing about The Cure. And maybe interrupt the date between Jean and Logan?
If not.. he can still hear about it and leave the date going.

I meant second generation as in Kitty and Matt and Rouge. The originals can be in there too depending on their age, Selene would be considered a first generation.
And you can interrupt the date, there shall be several more opportunities for the two of them to try again. The plot needs to thrive more then the romance.

Ah, I'm sorry that I haven't been posting all that much as of late. Just kept forgetting to come to the Guilds section when I was posting in my own threads. If it will help any, I can take on another character. My favorite Brotherhood from X3 had to have been Pyro. So I would take on that role to get the Brotherhood started...

gah, sorry I haven't been posting. Rogue WILL be making an appearance on these boards shortly, but I haven't had a lot of time. I've been busy moving into a new house and dealing with identity theft. rolleyes I promise that once all of this gets settled, I'll be highly active. Please bear with me.
