To put it simply, if Pakuun (me) wants to kill anybody at any time, he can.

If used properly, you could use this rule as a way to keep things in balance.
If some one breaks a rule (like auto hitting), then you go out and kill them.

This is true, but who really wants to give me the power to insantly kill someone off?
Also, to answer Jezzer's question: No, I suppose I would more of be a "so close to death that you can't fight for the battle" kind of kill.
