Feel free to post any rules that you feel should be instated here, we will work on each rule from there.
Just for the sake of me, and how many threads I will have to create in this subforum.... we will do this with a "seconding" system.
One person proposes the rule, someone seconds it, the rule will then be moves on for a vote in a seperate thread, and then we will define it completely.

NOTE: ANYONE CAN PROPOSE A RULE
Next proposal is that "speed hacking" as the AMP calls it, is not allowed.
This implies the idea that an attacker attempts an attack on an opponent, but does not wait for a responce to decide if the attack hit. This means that the defender had no choice in the outcome of the attack, which is not what the Role Playing proccess is about.

Well, yeah Spank-Me.... we'll simply take you as an exception from these rules, being as that seems the entire reasoning to make your guild xp
I request that you don't go around and vote against a whole bunch of the rules...

Dammit people, start coming up with rules.
Here's something that has been talked about for a while and nobody has come up with a clear-cut rule for.
Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD)-
- How should they be used? - Should they even be used? - Under what circumstances can you void them? - Is it a war-crime?

Heres a lists of rules:
1. A rule on how scientific soemthign has to be.
2. A rule on allowing or banning NPC's.
3. A way to elect a new leader, or what ever pakuun is, if we ever feel he isnt doing his job well. It will have to be democratic though.

For now, don't even worry about #3, not to sound dictator-like, but I am the one who spent 20k on this guild and then worked to get everything working.... if you want a new leader, go build yourself a new place to do buisness in.

im no tryign to say your doing a bad job, but it may be needed eventually. Also, i never said you woudl ose ownership, just power of leader. But please take my other ideas seriously.

Well the first rule would be scrapped by the GA/GM. They have a lot of magic going on with thier members, so science can be put to the side.
Second rule is viable, although already mentioned.
Third rule I must say to stop though, it's a personal preference of mine and as I said, if you guys want a new leader, find somewhere else to do your buisness in.

But would that mean((for the first rule)) that even guilds based on science dont have to be 100% scientific?
