Located near the edge of Konoha Village in the rolling footfills, the Nursery is built just above and over a spreading series of terraces where one can find just about anything in the field of Plant studies.
The Nursery, itself, consists of several buildings: one, the largest, consists of a spread out first floor, and a large second story (the height of the uilding suggests a walk-in attic). The first floor is devoted primarily to a shop and some offices as well as a kitchen and parlour to one side. On the second floor is the residence for the family. Two other buildings (separate from the main building, are greenhouses for hot-house plants. Another building is fashioned after a barn of sorts, but is used as a storage warehouse. There is also a tool shed located near the rear of the first building, near the largest of the terraces - this one, as well as a couple others) are divided into aisles, and have heavy netting drapped along wires, poles, and such and provides partial shading as well as some protection from other elemental factors.
Staff workers:
Reiju Bankou - father, Nursery owner, manages offices
Elaida Bankou - mother, operates and runs the shop
Kora - grandmother, (taskmistress) Healer, oversees the terraces and general Nursery operations
Haru Genjii - Warehouse manager, manages Distribution
Aya Honda (currently missing) - Shop assistent

Oendai dashed across another roof, then a quick series of trees, landing just on the edge of the roof of what looked like an old barn of some sort. Oendai glanced around and realized where he was, suddenly: his family's Nursery. He hadn't realized he'd come this far from the Academy so quickly. He glanced around, concealed as he was on the edge of the roof, he doubted anyone had actually noticed him.
For the briefest of moments the main yard in front of the Shop/House, as well as the old barn was empty, and quiet. The a door somewhere below Oendai slid open and he saw Haru walk towards the main building with a clipboard. He was probably finishing an Inventory.
Oendai waited for a count of five after Haru disappeared inside, and dashing off the roof, alighted onto the ground of the courtyard but leaped up to the eaves of the House. He used to high view to get a good look around, but could find not a single person fitting the description of that new student.
Oendai drops to the ground and entering the shop is greeted by his mother.
"You're back early. How was school today?"
"I'm not home yet, ma. Actually, I'm here on business." Owen smirks at the surprised look on her face as he shows her the photo. "Has this kid been around here today?"
"No. It's been a bit quiet today, actually."
"Thanks, though. I gotta keep looking. But I'll tell you all about my new Instructor when I get home later. Bye, Ma!"
Oendai dashes out the door and leaps off again.
