These are the offical rules of the Psychology Guild forum, and they are expected to be adhered to by members posting in this forum. These rules are inteded to inspire a spirited and respectfull debate or conversation of psychology. The rules are open to changing and debate in the "Rule Suggestion" forum.

Guild Rules

1. Be respectfull to other users and be polite in your debates.

2. Try to make your arguements or comments as clear and concise as possible, this includes good grammer and no "L337 5p34k".

3. Make an attmept to provide article references to your comments if you have them. If you do not have literature to back up what you say, remmeber to note that. We have a references link thread for just those reasons.

Threads That Are Not Allowed On The Psychology Forum

1. "Make my Diagosis" or "Am I Mentally Ill" threads are not allowed. Thats more GAIMI's focus and I don't even think they would like one of those threads.

2. Life issuesesque threads are discouraged, these threads don't fit with the focus of the guild.

3. Questions about sex, while not banned outright, are are not allowed unless they are made in a clearly psychological manner. This means asking about sexual technques would not be allowed, while questions about theories human sexuality and theories of sexual attraction would be allowed.

Try to keep these rules in mind when posting in a thread or starting a thread of your own.
