Okay, this is going to be the thread where members will use their immagination to write a response to any question posted about a character, event, or anything else about the show Gundam SEED/Destiny.
Now since Kira has been the most talked about when it comes to him actually dying for once, I think we should start with him.
TOPIC:
When Nicol died, his head got ripped off from his body and blood splattered in his helmet. When Mwu died, he shouted the famous quote, "I told you I could make the impossible possible." Now it's Kira's turn to actually die for once and if he did, what would be his signature death look and/or phrase?

Hmm, when I think of Kira dying, I always think of him saying something like, "I couldn't protect her," or, "It's my fault she died," or something like that. So, that could be his signature goodbye. heart

I'd expect a situation involving Kira's death to be something heroic and tragic at the same time. It'd be something like Mwu-san in Seed, giving his life for the ones he loved. In which case, I'd expect him to say something like "Asuran...ato wa...tanomimasu." (Trans: Athrun...the rest is up...to you.) Or perhaps "...Kagari wo...tanomimasu." (Take care of Cagalli).

Whatever way he does die, I think he would say his last words to Athrun.

i contradict you Gaara. i'd say he'd dedicate his last words to Lacus. His last word would probably be "Lacus."

Hmm. Two situations:
1) Lacus has been KIA, and Kira insists it was his fault.
"No... it's my fault, Athrun! You don't understand!" Kira cried, as he stared at his best friend. "I was there, and I let her down!"
"Kira, don't be stupid... no one could have stopped it in time. Lacus wouldn't want you like this."
Kira stared at their surroundings. In a drawer partly opened, he could see the sleek black handle of a knife. He walked over, still in a daze, and took the knife out.
"Lacus will never forgive me... no... NO!" he screamed, tears streaming down his face. And with that, he plunged the blade into his heart. With the last vestiges of his strength, he pulled the blade out, allowing the blood from his chest to flow all over the floor, staining it red.
2) Kira is KIA.
"KIRA!" Cagalli cried out in pain as she saw her brother attacked by a mob of mobile suits. With that many, he couldn't escape. One of the mobile suits grabbed onto the Strike Freedom and self-destructed, as the others followed suit.
"KIRA, NO!" Cagalli banged on the side of the window she watched from on the Archangel. Why hadn't Athrun let her go with her brother? There was no way he could have won alone...
Out in space, as the explosion cleared, the Infinite Justice approached the scene.
"... Kira..." Athrun whispered quietly, a single tear dropping from his eye. "I was too late..." He stared at the screen in front of him showing the remains of the powerful Strike Freedom. Kira was nowhere to be seen.

idk... are you sure it would be to Lacus? I think it would be to Athrun, or maybe Cagalli. Yea, it might be to Cagalli.

actually, i'd agree that Kira would think of Lacus the moment he dies. i'm sure Cagalli and Athrun are in his mind, but he is in love with Lacus, making a stronger feeling and surge, which is what your erecitacy shows in your dying moments.

Meh, I still like the idea of Kira becoming suicidal because he feels like he failed. But if I had to side with someone, I'd go with whoever thinks he'd talk with Athrun, just because it's most likely they'll be on the battlefield at the same time. But of course, he could be thinking of Lacus.

anyways, if he did die on the battlefield, i have this picture that people's faces will be flashing in front of him. first cagalli, then athrun, then lacus. then he would say something like "i'm sorry" and he'd pass on.
if he died of old age, he'd probably be with lacus and he'd be holding her hand and silently pass on.
these ideas are very corny...but that's what i picture ^^"

I'm saying he's suicidal because they all died. One of them, the other two can stop him. But if they all end up KIA... then he has no more reason to live, and bam! Bye bye Kira...
