Just got a new game in at work. Initial D (Version 3). I was wondering if anyone here played, and if they did, what their favorite car in the game was. Personally, I've started off using the Toyota MR-2 G Limited (SW20), and actually wound up beating the 3rd stage on Myogi on my first try.

You know I have never seen that game and for how much I like Initial D and car and video games, it makes me sad. I hope to try it sometime!

I think I have Initial D, mountian Vengence. But the sad thing is that is so rubbishy. Not sure wich version it is. Can you find screen shots of your version and post the links?>

Version 3's pretty neat. It's a lot more balanced than version 2 and the damn Honda Integras that everyone ended up using. From what I heard, the 4wd cars do the best allaround, so lots of WRX's and LanEvos out in the field now. FD's seem to do well too, so might have to check those out later.

kool i play it and i have the ps2 one at home. i have a trueno and fd and i pretty much beat the whole thing already . its fun i like the game. and look at my name. hehe

Yeah, all my friends are playing Wangan Midnight and I'm playing Initial D. I love the game, but I'm not too good at it. I drive an Automatic, so it's hard on turns.

Racer Level: ___
I just started playing Legend of the Streets mode. I always raced my friends. My car has around 65,000 points on it. The NPC's are tough.

Ah, we have Initial D ver.3 at the arcades near my house... it used to be ver.2 which i have a card for... i haven't played for ages... i have a red Rx-7 Spirit R

i play both initial d and wangan midnight. its fun. i have a trueno and rx7 typer fd in initial d. they both have more than 200,000 points and i beat all courses exept myogi an usui. and in wangan midnight i beat the whole game with a r32 xp
