From now until June 6th, 2006 (06.06.06) we'll be having the BEAST SAGA event!
This event is for owners and non-owners alike. It is based in the guild, but you do not have to be a member of the guild to participate or post here. ((You may request to join if you so wish ^^)) Just follow the posting rules, please, and be polite.

This event will be held over the entire span of the Black Forest forums. Some events will be scheduled, and some will be random.
I recently came upon a fragment of a map in the forest, near Kiba's tomb. It was a tiny piece, the lines barely discernable. I have no idea what they might be for, but maybe you can help find the rest!
In every event, map pieces wil be given out. Trixie will PM them, and what you do with them is up to you. You can share them, or keep them secret. I suggest you don't lose the pieces, as you will be able to trade them in later for other items and such!
So far, I think perhaps I'll trade each map piece in for something, but the more pieces, the better! I may give out items, pets, and even Gaia gold!And if anyone figures out how to fit the entire map together, I'm sure there will be a generous reward waiting for them!

What is an event without a plotline?
((I HIGHLY suggest you catch up on the RP plot if you want to understand it. A summary can be found on the first page, located here ))Word of the demon Koivu's death spread quickly across the Black Forest. His presence had a stifling effect upon all creatures, keeping them at bay even if he had not killed them. Almost as soon as the thick, black smoke began to billow off his burning corpse, the animals of the forest began to move hesitantly, slowly, but move nonetheless. No wild creature ever wished to be caged, and as such, by the day after the beast's cremation, the forest was alive again... at least as alive as it could be. The demon had hefted a heavy toll upon the Koivu, a fox/wolf hybrid that had once ruled over the forest. And yet, they had been culled. Only a scattered handful of Koivu now remained in the entirety of the forest...

As surely as the beasts of the forest knew of the demon's demise, they also heard rumours of a gang of renegade Koivu that had killed the creature who previously could not be defeated, no matter what forces the forest threw at it.
It was only a matter of time until one such creature made up his headstrong mind to see for himself if the rumours were true...
