Welcome, one and all to The Troy Wambold Thread, a joint effort by me (Ferris) and Nuzumi.
Who is Troy you ask?
Well, as you have probably already concluded by the last name, Troy is Jake W's younger brother. If you look very closely at the back of the booklet that came along with "Nightmare Anatomy", he's actually mentioned as the Merch Slinger and if you've ever gone to see Aiden live and went to buy something, he's the one who sells you those comfy Aiden tees and hoodies.
In our minds, Troy's like the 6th member of Aiden, he's just THAT cool. So we've dedicated a special little place for him right here at the Aiden Guild.

Yes, Troy is official merch slinger and can also be credited in who Aiden would like to thank. You can definitely meet him at merch, and then you will see what an amesome guy he is. Definitely say Hi to him at a show; he'll be shocked and happy to know that you know of him. He is (at least in Ferris' and my heart) the 6th Member of Aiden.
As Ferris said, this is a place to show him some love. Share your Troy experiences or ect here! ^w^

It's pretty clear Troy & Gyver are brothers. They look alot alike.

Ah, gotta love Aidenfan.com whee Thankies! They were all on the old Aiden website which I stumbled across one day and I was so happy. Aidenfan.com is amazing. Oh, I haven't check out all the pics on there. Yeah, I'm suprised they still have the old site up. I remember when they announced their new site was coming up on Oct 3. They were all excited. >w<
Yes, I love it to death! >3
But back to lovin' on Troy, he looks SO young in the old pics. It's really cute 4laugh ! It is crazy to see how much he's grown in just two years.

Okay, don't get me wrong, I'm sure Troy is Uber awesome, I really do. But don't you think that's going a little far? If he's the "6th member" then there's 20 other members who help out Aiden. Just because he's related to Jake, that doesn't seem quite fair.

If he's the "6th member" then there's 20 other members who help out Aiden. Just because he's related to Jake, that doesn't seem quite fair. That's why Ferris said in "our minds'" and I said in "our hearts'". You really don't have to see him that way. But from the concerts I've gone to, it's Aiden tuning their equipment, it's Aiden taking apart their equipment after their performance, they probably put it up themselves too (when they open), and it's mainly Aiden setting up their equipment when they are 2nd slot or something. I really don't see people helping them much on the road, and if they do, they are helping everyone (mainly headliner) not just Aiden in particular. But Troy has been with Aiden since the beginning and helps pack up, sell merch, whatever he can for Aiden. And he shows love and care for the fans. He really takes good care of you when you're buying merch. Most people don't care what size you ask for and if it will fit, they just take the money and give you the shirt, but not Troy. Like I said, he really takes care of the fans and shows them love.
We aren't doing this because he is in relation to Jake W's or that he's his little bro that's probably the last reason on the list for why he love him if it's even on the list.

I completely and totally agree with you guys that Troy is the BEST MERCH GUY EVER. He's awesome. He gave me a birthday hug. blaugh
Our first conversation went something like this:
Me: You're Troy, right?
Troy: Yup, that's me. Have I met you?
Me: No, but some friends of mine have, and they say you're the best merch guy ever.
Troy: Really? I don't know if that's true.
Me: Hey, I trust these friends with all my heart.
Troy: Wow. I'm flattered. I always thought I was the worst merch guy ever- I usually persuade people not to buy something by accident.
XDDDDDD
Then I bought 3 (yes, three... sweatdrop ) Aiden shirts and both patches. Hey, they were only $15 each, while where I usually buy band shirts they're $30 each.
God that concert was amazing.
I swear I'll get the entire story out soon!!
