For some reason, I can't seem to find my friends on WiFi.. Anyone have this problem?

=/ Well... I play on Regional often, since I heard people in Japan tends to disconnect on you often. =/ .... Such a sad thing to hear cause I'm Japanese myself.. but.. yeah.
Anyway, I am Kaz, with a Paras emblem. I might start giving out my friend code, but... @_@ From what I'm experiencing, I don't know if I'll find anyone with the friend search thing...

You know what? I don't care who I play, as long as they don't disconnect. D= I'll be playing on Regional every Saturday, since apparently Saturday has the most people playing on Wifi.
I wanna have an honorable race with someone who's good and won't disconnect. >_< ... Cause I've had people that's good disconnect on me because I was beating them.
