I swear I'm not trying to make a pun with the title here, this thread is supposed to be a counterpart to the rant thread. You know...rant and rave...eh.. sweatdrop
So just to balance out the negativity, if you have anything in your life that you're happy/excited/whatever about, post it here.

Spring break starts tomorrow night when my mom bring me home! Yay. smile Unfortunately I think a lot of my friends are still in school next week, but I'll still be happy to be home and able to relax.
Also, I got a friend to plan my birthday party for me because I'm lazy. It's just gonna end up being a small thing but I trust him so I'm sure it'll be awesome anyway. Looking forward to that.
Lastly, my boyfriend is the sweetest, awesomest boy ever, and I get to see him in about three weeks...soooo happy. heart heart

Anyway, Spring Break starts early for me. 3nodding But I have to clean my room. But that won't be hard. I get to sleep soundly too! Time to turn off my alarm and sleep in. smile Maybe I'll let the Spanish music on Satellite Radio Bilingue wake me up. xd

My $8000 in college debt got knocked back to $4000, and instead of paying it all off on the 24th of March, I have until the first week in June to start my payments (in like $50 minimum each month). Isn't it simply amazing what gets accomplished when you stop acting nice with people and verbally tear them and their boss a new a*****e? I personally think it is.

I just got offered a possible chance to intern at a local historical society for college credit, and the possibility of being a paid TA for the history department. SUPER COOL.

I got into UC Davis and went to visit it today - very cool campus, but I'm exhausted since I had to get up at 5:40 so we could make a 10:00 tour.

Ouch, must have been a long drive? o_o
I just had a pretty amazing weekend, was my boyfriend's 19th birthday. We were going to go out to the bars to dance since we were finally aloud in but I ******** up and didn't have a government issued id (Plus some were calling for two and a couple of our friends only had one). So that kind of sucked at first except we went back to my friend's place and probably had a better time there playing original Nintendo, Mario Bros 3 till about 6 or 7 in the morning. xd

Um, Thursday = party for my birthday that I don't have to plan! Wee!
Last night = had a really amazing conversation with my boyfriend where I ended up showing him some seriously insecure, weak sides to me and explaining how boring and plain I can feel and be and how I can get all jealous of my friends and doubtful of things - all of this negative crap that I didn't really want to tell him. Part of me did because it had been bothering me, but it required letting my barriers down and displaying my less pleasant sides, which risked his opinion of me changing and all of that.
At the end of it he just told me that the more I opened up to him and the more he learned about me, the more he loved me. I was in tears, but...good tears. I guess I had expected a negative reaction or doubt or something from his side, but yeah. heart
I'll stop posting sappy stories before people get annoyed at me though. ;3

Shukujo No Shadou Awww! That's great Kenzi. :3 Good to get all that off your chest, it is very important to have someone who can deal with all of your s**t and still love you inspite of it. XD Yeah...I'm quite happy. I think I've found a keeper. heart New rave: I'm home for spring break and am watching TV for the first time in several months, and I stumbled upon reruns of that Project Runway show on Bravo and I swear it's the best thing ever. I love fashion design and all of the designers are soooo talented and it's got drama and yay! whee I'm normally not *too* much of a TV person but that show has me hooked.

I am excited because I finally fixed my computer and i'm back online! I'm also excited because I was just made assistant manager of an RPG site that I created a couple years back. I quit running it due to lack of time/ motivation, but now I'm back on the staff to try and save it's lack of popularity. (That's right, I rule. j/k.) lol.

It's a messageboard rpg, so you definetly have to have the imagination for it. It's all ninja RP. Unfortunatley, it kind of got taken over with Naruto s**t, but some of the stuff is the way I originally made it. Gekidoku Village. Go ahead and check it out. I haven't started working on anything yet, but it's been up since I was 16 so like 2 or 3 years. My screen name on there is ranger_kaneda.
