Although mostly I think he's just fooling around. He doesn't seem to like to sit still for a long time, especially when we're studying. He'd rather look for food or another Beat to play with. 3.17.05 I bought a curious large egg from a coffee shop. 2.22.05 Coran, what I decided to name the egg, hatched today! 3.28.05 I felt oddly lucky today..... 4.02.05 OMG! Coran grew today! He's now the first Piggle! 4.6.05 Coran started studying to speak today! 4.10.05 Stormy weather today, the thunder rather scared Coran. 4.19.05 Today Prin and Necia gave us a drawing of Coran and Necia. 5.05.05 Coran grew to his Child stage today! 8.06.05 Coran and I return from our month long vacation. Shorty after, he grew to a teen. 10.30.05 Happy Halloween!

  This is Necia. We've hung out with her and her guardian, Prin, at the coffee shop a nice few times. Coran and Necia seem to get along particularly well.

Coran's entries, when he's old enough to write, will be in dark green.))3.17.05 While shopping downtown today, I got thirsty and decided to stop at the next little coffee shop I came across. Not too far down the road was a coffe shop with a sign that read "Beat Generation". I thought it sounded interesting, so I decided to check it out. When I walked in, I looked around and decided the place looked nice enough. Then I noticed a table that had some oddly large eggs on it. There were two of these eggs, one blue and pink and the other white and green. There was a sign that said "Easter and St. Patrick's Day Special!" I spoke to the girl behind the counter and asked her about the eggs. All she said was that they were going to be auctioned. I didn't know anything about these large eggs but something drew me to them, particulary the white and green one. I ended up bidding on it and in the end won it. I brought it home with me, and its now sitting in front of me as I write. I wonder what will come from it..... Link: Easter/St. Patrick's day Auction

3.18.05 Today I went back to that coffee shop, with my egg. I wanted to see if I could find anything out about it. I went in and sat down with my egg and became to read the menu. Then a starge creature, who later said he was a burkowskis, and that my egg was one too. Appearantly they are "Beats", and my egg will turn out to look something like Nairn I suppose. Oh nairn is the Beat who works at the coffe shop. I'm rather interested to go back and hopefully meet some more of these Beats. Link to RP: The Beat Generation Main Thread

3.21.05 I took Coran to the coffee shop again today. But this time we met two people who both had hatchlings! One was the same type as Coran, so know I know what to expect once he hatches. I hope he's not as hungry as that hatchling though, might get expensive. Unfortunately I have to leave though, I had to get the grocery shoping done. But while I was shopping, I found a green Teddy Bear wearing a clover shirt, so I bought it for Coran. I hope he'll like when. Link to RP: The Beat Generation Main Thread

3.22.05 Today while I was hanging out at the coffee shop I got bored, and started poking at Coran. I know, I'm odd, but there was no one around and I was bored. Then Nairn noticed a crack in Coran's shello. I freaked! I thought I had broken him. Fortunately, I was wrong, he was hatching! I was so relieved and happy, I just wanted to hold him. Turns out he was rather hungry, so Nairn warmed up a pretzel for him, it didn't take him long to eat it all. Now we're at home and he is hopping around my room with his little wings flapping, investigating everything around him. *something can be heard breaking* Oh no! Gotta go! [3.25.05 - 11:02AM] This morning I woke up feeling rather sick. I decided not to do anything, eventhough I still really wanted to go to the coffee shop again. I always enjoy myself there. [3.25.05 - 1:16PM] Well, lunch time was no fun, I could hardly keep it down. Poor Coran tried to keep up with me everytime I'd run to the lavatory. He'd never make it though, as hard as he tired, just can't bop around fast enough yet. [3.25.05 - 4:32PM] Coran and I were laying on the couch after lunch, I guess I dozed off. A noise in the kitchen woke me up, it sounded like a cat or something was up in one of the cupboards. I went to pick Coran up and see what was making the noise, but I couldn't find him. So I cloaked myself in my blanket and went to investigate. To my surprise, it was Coran! Somehow he had managed to get into the cupboard with all the snack food. Looks like I'll have to go grocery shopping again tomorrow. [3.25.05 - 8:29PM] Looks like I'll be hitting the hay early tonight. I'm so happy I had someone to spend the day with me. I just hope he'll be ok, and doesn't catch my cold. I wonder if Coran can catch a human cold. I wonder if Beats even get sick at all.

3.26.05 Tonight I was hanging out late at the coffee shop, drinking coffee while Coran ate pretzels of course. Then a little before midnight a girl came in. She was carrying with her a Burowski egg of teal and purple. We talked for a while and she met Coran, then I helped her get something to eat. When she asked me about the Beats, I told her all that I know, which really isn't all that much unfortunately. She seemed nice, hopefully we'll bump into her again so me time. 3.28.05 I was feeling down on my luck today, I deemed myself unlucky since I became sick for no appearant reason. I think Coran could sense that I was sad for that reason. He came over and nuzzled to my leg. And I couldn't help but feeling better, like Luck might actually be on my side after all. Since my spirits were lifted, I decided to take Coran for a walk, well I walked and be bounced around. While we were out I bought a stract ticket and won 5 bucks! A lot better than if I had sat around the house all day mooping.
